Ginger6 Computers Reviews

Great help over the phone
Knowledgeable and helpful

Did lots of research before plumping for Ginger 6. Really well specced gaming PC bought for my son at a competitive price (he absolutely loves the look and performance). Delivered quickly and couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent service and advice from Kevin.
It was my son’s first gaming PC and after ordering online Kevin phoned to discuss the specifications in more detail and suggested some changes that would enhance his gaming experience. He is very happy with his new PC and would certainly recommend Ginger6 Computers to anyone looking to buy with confidence.
Thank you Kevin.

The ordering system seemed very straightforward and having placed my order I was contacted to discuss what I wanted. Sensible suggestions for alternative components were made and accepted and the computer was dispatched within a couple of days. The delivery was free and the couriers delivered it on a Saturday morning which was great. Excellent service all round

I have used two of their competitors previously but I will be sticking with Ginger6 from now on. Thanks Kevin.

Great price for a great PC, very well put together and shows off the giant rtx5080 well!! Delivered promptly and well packaged, with a courtesy call from the G6 team. Will use again.

Having bought several PCs from them over the years, they continually provide excellent service and value.

I picked all the parts I wanted but still, the service was fast: assembly and dispatch in less than a week. Very tidy build. No problems at all.

Website PC Builder was easy to use and full of options. Coms from Team were great.
Delivery prompt and well informed.

Had an amazing experience with these guys. I was looking to buy a new high end gaming PC and Ginger6 were brilliant - they took time to understand my requirements and make appropriate recommendations. 100% recommended

Helpful company, arrived well packaged in good time

Speaking first with Kevin, I got the real sense that he knew exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions. Before purchasing I also spoke to Harry, who was again, amazing and walked me through everything.
Delivery was fast and final price of the PC was very competitive.

helped me with the pc build and even after the PSU was making a clicking sound they solved that for me as well. also when i sent a email they got back to me within 5hours/1day really good fast shipping thank you ginger 6 i will buy other pc from you guys when i next upgrade

I had a great experience with Ginger6. Before ordering I phoned and got some really good advise from Kevin. I place the order on a Monday and received my new custom PC on Wednesday. The new desktop performs very well with an excellent gaming experience.

From beginning to end, selecting and refining my PC build was an exciting and pleasurable experience. Help was on hand at every stage until I settled on my choices. I was equally confident with the technical feedback and very satisfied at the speed with which Ginger6 answered my many questions and then arranged for assembly and dispatch of the final product. I would also like to note how ‘Kevin’ came through for me when my engineer called him with last-minute questions about hands-on details. Very pleased customer here.

Awesome service, really helpful and amazing end result along with fast delivery. This pc annihilates anything I throw at it. Would 100% purchase from here next time I need a new system.

This is the 2nd pc I've ordered from Ginger6 and they've both been excellent. The 1st was 7years ago. This time I ordered an AMD Ryzen custom built pc, mid-range. Apparently the case I ordered was out of stock so I was upgraded to a better case (at no extra cost) - nice customer service. I ordered it on a Thursday lunch time and it was delivered by the following Tuesday lunchtime, which was quick turnaround. I'd happily order from them again in future - highly recommend.

Excellent place to get a rig from this is my 2nd from here in 10 years and absolutely not one problem with them,Bought a new i9 Talked on the phone about the pc case and they gave me good advice, would highly recomend. Ordered Monday was here by Friday same week. If I could give 10 stars I would.Highly recomended. Thanks Ginger6.
