Terrible experience
Terrible experience - ordered number balloons for my wife’s birthday just under two weeks in advance for delivery on a specific date. No sign of delivery or tracking information sent. I had to call (after a few times of trying) and speak to someone who said there was a delivery issue after checking. They said sorry and will send delivery tracking information in case it arrives the next day (when they were needed for). Didn’t send the information. Had to call after to get a refund - three days later still no sign of the delivery so not sure if they were even sent. Terrible customer service

Hello - i am very sorry your balloons did not arrive and the service you received was not up to the standard expected.
Deeply underwhelmed by substandard quality
Colour of balloons not the same as advertised. Actual balloons resembled a condom full of confetti.
To add insult to injury, they were very expensive (£20 for 20 balloons incl postage) and four of them burst before my guests arrived.
Will not order from Ginger Ray again. Deeply underwhelmed by substandard quality.

The colour of the balloons was completely different to what I had ordered and the packaging was awful - wish I could attach the photos of what I was supposed to receive and what I actually received. I’ve had better parcels from Amazon!

Genuinely faultless customer service
Genuinely faultless customer service. Quick and friendly responses and solution. A true test of customer service is when something isn’t quite right and how they fix it- mistakes and mishaps happen but with how quickly it was resolved I can honestly say I would always recommended ginger ray now

Amazing service
Amazing service. I bought a donut wall about two years ago which still looks great. One of the pegs got lost and the back stand. I messaged them not really thinking they would be able to help but within a day they emailed and said they were sending out replacements. Couldn’t believe it!

What amazing customer service!!
I ordered 2 pink bombs and they came extremely fast. Unfortunately we had an issue with them BUT the company dealt with it extremely well. Very rarely do you come across a company with such great customer service. Absolutely would not put us off buying again from them and will definitely recommend in future.

I made an order last week and received yesterday. Sadly a glass jar was smashed. I called to ask for a replacement which was ordered straight away without further question and has arrived this morning. All other items look great. Thank you for your swift action.
