We have used Givergy for a number of years at our lunch, and have been really happy with the results.
The Givergy team are wonderful, so friendly and always willing to help. In particular, Maud, Mairhead and Ben - stars!

The platform is incredibly user friendly and I'd highly recommend to other For Purpose organisations for their fundraising events.

Simply a must to maximise your fundraising - the platform is slick, offers a great experience for your audience, and provides real money can't buy prizes that truly boosted our fundraising offer on our silent auction.
The team were brilliant - and provided step by step support in setting up and running the event, including an in person team on the night that took any technology worries away.

We use Givergy at all of our events and think the platform and staff are brilliant! I find the platform really easy to use but any questions I do have the staff are always amazing and so helpful.

Our guests always love using givergy and find donating and bidding on prizes super easy!

I had the pleasure of Mairhead McKinley as my account manager and she was a great help setting up my Gala Ball portal.

I have used Givergy for our charities gala ball silent auction platform for 3 years and have found it easy to use from both an administration and user perspective. We also used the ticketing feature last year and will be continuing to use this platform for years to come. Our client service manager, Mairhead was fabulous and helped every step of the way! I will continue to use Givergy and I can't wait to see future features they add as they are always improving. Can't recommend enough!

I’ve purchased a couple of vouchers via a charity silent auction which was exciting and felt I was doing something good for the charity. That’s where the exciting experience ended! Trying to redeem and book through both their online app and via telephone was extremely frustrating and annoying. Customer service is shocking! A gentleman on the phone basically moaned as to why Venice was receiving so much interest when he thought it was an awful place!! Then trying to pin down dates without additional charges or the need for upgrade (baring in mind I paid £1,000 for just one voucher) was unbearable. Will not be buying a voucher from this company again, charity or no charity.

Our experience with Givergy was absolutely great and the project very successful. They delivered outstanding and quick support in every aspect and communication was excellent. Thank you

+ We had a very good experience with Givergy for our Charity Gala. The support from Mairhead and the online support team was good, always effective and in time.
+ The website for the Charity which includes ticket selling, auctions, was good and quite easy to design and configure by the Charity team in charge, and it was quite user-friendly.
+ The support from Givergy onsite team during the day of the auctions was very good and eveything went smoothly with no hick-up.
- A couple of unexpected drawbacks though:
1/ During the mass upload of the auction items, such as the impossibility to have the Retail price visible although this field was part of the auction lots mass upload template. This should definitely be part of the development roadmap of Givergy. We had to add this information in the description.
2/ Different fees applied to the ticket selling which generated complicated and manual payout reconciliation.

My first event with Givergy was made so easy with the help from Mairhead McKinley. All my dumb questions were answered quickly. The site was easy to use and looks great. The onsite help on the night was also great.

I also want to commend the Givergy Support team for their responsiveness and helpfulness. They have been available to answer my questions promptly, even considering time differences. Their support has been invaluable.

Furthermore, I must highlight the professionalism of the HK onsite support team. They have executed event operations flawlessly, showcasing their expertise and dedication.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the level of support provided by Givergy. Mairhead McKinley and the entire team have consistently exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Givergy to anyone in need of a reliable and responsive partner for their fundraising efforts.

Our experience was mostly great with Givergy. In particular, Elle was ALWAYS speedy in answering queries and gave very easy to understand instructions & support.
On the night itself, I would have liked the Givergy team to arrive a little earlier for their tech set-up; we were in a historic building with pre-known issues with connectivity, and the Givergy team did not communicate well with our venue as far as this. It was a last-minute panic I didn't have time for, and one that wasn't necessary, since we had actually spoken everything through with Givergy - the communications just didn't appear to have been great between themselves!
Overall, Givergy DO offer a great service, but make sure you are clear re: any unusual tech issues BEFORE the event!!

Elle has always been great at replying to all our requests in a prompt manner. She helped us to build our auction for Gala Dinner and I really enjoyed working with her.

As a charity, we have worked with Givergy over the past few years using their silent auction platform. For us this has added great value to our events. Not only is the process straightforward from deciding on and adding auction items to the website but the team are always on hand to help if you have any query. Elle Taylor is fantastic at supporting you throughout the whole process. The teams who work at the events are always incredible with our guests and we very much enjoy working with them and hope to continue doing so in the future.

Givergy provided us fantastic support prior to the event and during our Annual Ball itself. We would, and do whole heartedly recommend them to other charities and event organisers.

Givergy provided a great service for our fundraising quiz! It's a big event with great prizes and we wanted to run a silent auction in a professional and efficient way. Working with Givergy allowed us to do just that, plus having a technician with us on the evening made all the difference and took the pressure/ stress off this aspect of the event.

The customer service is very efficient, and all questions are always answered with helpful information. The CMS can take some getting used to but once you have the hang of it, it becomes easier to navigate. Their prize draw component allowed us to sell raffle tickets very easily and made our event run smoothly.

We have used Givergy twice in the last month for an art auction and a charity ball. This was our first experience and we were pleasantly surprised with how easy the platform was a navigate and how much was raised. The customer service team are excellent and very quick to respond to queries. Our campaign manager, Elle was knowledgeable, helpful and made it as easy as possible for us. We are looking forward to using Givergy in the future for other fundraising events.

We have been using Givergy for our gala events for a few years now and not only is it so easy to use and customize but the Givergy team are amazing to work with. Nothing is too much to ask and they are always so quick get back with answers and solutions to any queries that we have.
