The items that arrived were completely wrong. Totally the wrong size. That is where our problems started.
As I write this they are absolutely fighting us every step of the way and not wanting to accept the returns and trying to negotiate a discounted amount.
I can't ever recall ever buying anything from such an untrustworthy business.
The website looks good, but delivery was dreadfully slow as I chased this up a few times.
I've given them "one star" as there is no option to give zero!

Absolutely terrible experience with the delivery which was over 3 weeks (when it should of been 3 to 7 days),
The product which was for a child (when they do not have a childrens online store) of which the size XL should be between 32 and 34 inches, though in reality was for a child under 10.
I'm trying to return the product and it's costing me more to return it than I paid for the product.

The shirts didn't fit very well, so I returned them. When no money was refunded, I chased them, and they informed me about a return process that wasn't provided in the original packaging, which meant I had to request a return authorisation before sending. I had already returned them. The address (which I don't have a record of) is not their return address. Unfortunately for me, I lost the proof of postage during some decluttering so I can't even get the money back from the post office, so that's £50 written off. I will never, ever, EVER use them again, nor recommend them, this feels like intentional money making to the detriment of their customers.

Ordered a cashmere jumper. Nearly 3 weeks for delivery of a polycotton top. Not what I ordered at all.
Avoid.

Total rip off company. Avoid at all costs, give you an address for returns, then deny it belongs to them.
Utter rubbish.

Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a black dress for a funeral and unfortunately it was too small. I emailed for advice on how to return it and they asked me to take photos of the dress and packaging which I found abit strange, but did it. They then sent an email saying I could keep the dress or give it to a charity shop. They offered me 20% as a refund......the dress cost me £40 so I would get just £8 refunded!! Un believable. They are a disgrace! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

They are a total waste of space I've been waiting over 3 weeks now still haven't received my parcel from them I keep asking for the tracking code number but still no reply don't ever buy anything off them the ignorant people don't even get back in touch with you so were do we go from here one very dissatisfied customer

Please don’t use this company. I ordered an item 2nd September 2024 it is now the 26th September 2024. There is no sign of my order, with a pathetic message to be patient and wait. With no chance of a refund. So be warned. I wish I could give -5 stars.

Ordered the "Luxury Large Dog Sofa Bed Kennel Mats Pet House" in Green.

The bed arrived and is grey (the one colour I did not want). The bed vaguely resembles the one on the website. The thickness of the bed and the construction are very very different the only thing that makes it look similar, is the cream piping.

If you want the item you are being shown on the website, don't buy it, it's not what you are going to get.

Avoid at all costs! I placed an order then seen alot of bad reviews so cancelled order straight away. They said they would refund me and pay into my PayPal. I didn't pay with PayPal! I have been emailing and emailing and getting absolutely nowhere!

Ordered 2 Large dog harness jackets when arrived 3 weeks later they was labelled Large but did not fit, when measured they was the size of Small. Offered 30% refund and keep jackets but I wanted correctly sized jackets. Would not provide returns label and replacement. In the end agreed on 70% refund and keep jackets. Waiting for refund to appear. At least local dog rescue centre will benefit from the jackets, which look ok but just wrongly sized.

My mum ordered 2 dog coats size xl and large and they are tiny, more like an xs! She emailed for a returns address and they offered her a 30% refund, telling her she could keep the coats, make another order or gift them to friends. Definitely a scam! Not to mention they took nearly 3 weeks to arrive.

I ordered 2 luxury dog sofa beds from this site on 23rd October 2023 at a cost of £113.98.
The selling point was that they had fully removable covers so they could be washed and kept clean. They would also afford some warm comfort to my 2 elderly dogs.
I became suspicious when after 3 days I had not received an order confirmation so I went on to their site and had a good look. Customer services contact was via email with no telephone or address. Their times for contact are Mon To Fri 2am to 5am and 7am to 11 am. It said on the site that the order could be cancelled if dispatch notification had not been received so I emailed their customer service address and requested the order be cancelled. I still had no correspondence from them until 28th October saying the order had been dispatched.
Fast forward to 4th November and one bed arrived. It is shockingly made, rough stitching and doesn’t have a removable cover. The filling is like cheap toy filling, lumpy and looks nothing like what was on their website. A child could have made a better effort in making it.
I emailed them to complain that only one bed had been delivered, complain about the quality and also to say I wanted the return address to return the item. I then got an email to say apologies and the second one was on its way. They ignored my request for address details and refund.
It arrived on 7th November and is just as bad.
I have emailed them numerous times requesting a return postal address and full refund and their first response was to offer a 30% refund and keep the items. I declined and sent a further email making it clear I want their return address and full refund and they have then offered me a 50% refund and keep the items. I declined this again making my request clear for the umpteenth time.
They then emailed and said they would give a 70% refund. Again I declined.
They then emailed saying they were making a loss and would offer me £78.16. I have again declined.
On going back on to their site they have now added a location for their company which was not on their site when I initially purchased the items. They are in Jiangxi Province, China.
This site is not what it proports to be, they have refused to give a full refund, their communication is hitty miss, and given my experience I would say it’s a scam business.
Please don’t use them as the products they are advertising on their site is not what you will eventually receive.
