Gladiator PC Reviews 

After a few mishaps and some lack of comunication between the bank system and PayPal and Gladiator PC, I was offer a full refund for a product I ordered with the wrong method of payment. But in the end everything was settled in a professional manner by the financial team. Ian was very helpful and professional. Surely looking forward to purchase from them, but also make sure you select the right method of payment when using checkout if you chose to pay through instalments

Firstly, the build quality of the PC is excellent. Very tidy cable management, no issues of any dirt left behind, first class.

Secondly, the PC came packaged extremely well. As we all know, the majority now are made of glass and this was safely wrapped up and even had packing inside to keep everything secure.

Finally, I had a great chat with one of the guys (sorry I've completely forgotten your name!) because they had been let down by a supplier and the case I had chosen was somewhere on the globe, not in their delivery! We easily rectified this by changing to a different case, I was sent photos to make sure I was happy with it and to be honest I think it looks miles better anyway! The turnaround from that point was excellent and I can't rate that service more highly.

Great product, great service and the price I believe is very competitive. Good job to everyone on the team.

I bought a PC from Gladiator in 2025, delivered without issue a few weeks later. Good service and clear communication. Where Gladiator have really stood out for me however has been in fault resolution. I had an intermittent fault with monitors and not always triggering on PC startup, eventually getting to the point that I couldn't output via the GPU at all. This was very close to the end of the warranty, maybe a month to go or so when reaching out to the team. The team talked me through some initial sanity checking, setting son the PC etc, until we got to the point that the next step was to send the GPU back to them for further inspection. They sent shipping labels and let me send out where it stayed with them for a couple weeks of (I assume) strenuous testing on the test benches. By now the warranty had lapsed, but they continued to communicate, sent back the GPU saying it checked out on its own, but asked me to re-install and check a few other things. A few more tests, and it was clear there was still something under the hood needing more of a look, and again, the team sent me shipping labels, boxes and padding materials to send them the whole PC, and remember the warranty is now expired somewhat here. Upon having the whole PC, they were able to find where the root issue was and why it was specific to the PC as a whole and not just the GPU itself. They then offered a free replacement, and in fact, gave an upgrade because they could no longer source the exact GPU I had (went from an RX7800 XT to RX 9070) all the while being friendly, helpful and clear in progress of the checks and what they were finding.

The product was great, the service was exemplary. Thanks to all of the team who supported getting me back up & running.

Needed new PC so did some digging with the big pc builders on google all promise to be best but for pretty much the same pc build Gladiators come way cheaper picked the latest graphic / motherboard / rams processor ect everthing and it was still about £1000 better priced than the so called big 4
pc build and delivered within about 7 days

This is my second gaming PC from gladiator, and I can't find fault with them great communication and the build quality has been exceptional on both occasions.

First you'll place an order, which they have up as in stock with next day delivery on their website. Then you'll get an email at 3.30pm the day its due to be delivered saying they don't have the parts, but it will be done today/tomorrow. You'll expect them to keep their word but your order status won't move from 'picking parts', and then it will be the bank holiday weekend and you're not going to get that next day pc for over a week since you paid the order.

Wonder how much premium I paid for the next day service in that price... I wouldn't be half as mad if they had actually kept me updated rather than an email sent with only 1h 30m left of the work day on the day it was due to arrive, and then no follow up.

Just really off putting - half considering cancelling my order, and there goes my bank holiday weekend plans. I understand mistakes with stock/websites happen but the real show of a company is in how they deal with it, not to mention it was already nigh impossible to get it to me that day if they only figured out they didn't have the parts that close to end of the second day - let alone building, testing and shipping.

Oh - and even after they realised they don't have the parts it's still up for next day order on their website as of now!

Great experience. Second PC I have bought from Gladiator got gaming rig a couple of years ago and now got new work PC from them. Wasn’t 100% on what spec, called for some suggestions. PC works well,all good. Will use these guys again.

I'd bought myself a pc last year and my uncle wanted a new one with Windows 10 not being supported any longer. I also wanted to swap from my Radeon processor to an Intel. Jonathan was really helpful. He agreed straight away into taking my pc in as well, swapping motherboard and processors and putting a new one in mine and my 12 month board into my uncles. Really helpful all through the journey. A great web page which made it easy to make a choice following a lot of research. Once I’d ordered, great comms to let me know how things were progressing build wise and when to expect delivery. On delivery I was blown away with the build quality and am very happy with my new Leviathan!

New PC works a treat speedy delivery and found no issues with the build would 100% recommend.

So two months on I've remembered to do a review, the PC, customer service, tech support and delivery are all great with no issues.

The loss of a star comes down to the fact that someone really needs to look at their web page, we ordered the PC using finance we went through all the details and received confirmation that the finance was accepted. The issue was that our order page hadn't changed and still showing the PC in our basket, without any confirmation of purchase.

We decided to leave it and phone them the next day, just before we did in the afternoon we received confirmation of the order via email. The other minor issue was that build status always said at picking even at the point of receiving details that my PC had been sent out to the courier, so some improvements are required on their site.

I have bought numerous PCs from Gladiator PC, always had an amazing service and everyone was very accommodating to my requests. Recently had an issue with my PC where the motherboard on my pc died. I called the customer service and Jonathan was incredibly helpful with different solutions i could try. However none worked and we had to send the PC for repairs. Throughout the Repair Phase, company stayed in contact with me and informed me of everything that was happening. Very happy with the repair service and the overall process.

received the gaming computer promptly and was able to set it up immediately. very impressed, games run smoothly using the computer so thanks very much

This is my second PC from Gladiator. The last one was bought 10 years ago and was still working like the day I got it, just wanted an upgrade. This time round they have been just as good. Got the PC within 2 working weeks, email updates on how the build was going, made custom changes which were accommodated with ease using their online tool. PC came tightly packed both externally and internally. Only gripe I have is that the picture on their website showed a fully RGB build with the received build only having RGB RAM. Be careful when ordering that you select RGB fans and don't assume they're as shown in the picture. If you order without windows licence the pc comes blank and you need to install from usb yourself.

Gladiator PC was recommended to me by friend, who used them a few years ago. Having looked at other suppliers, I felt that Gladiator PC offered the best value for what I wanted. I have been saving for quite a while and wanted a quality gaming PC. I liked how once I had chosen my base spec, you were then taken to a page where you could customise it further. Once ordered, I took delivery about a week and a half later (I would recommend trying to be in, when it is delivered). Everything worked as I wanted and better. It is a fantastic PC, I would definitely recommend Gladiator PC and use them again myself in the future.

There's a lot of choice and options on the Gladiator site and so I reached out to Sales to understand a bit more on the best option for my needs. The team were patient and answered all my questions - delighted with the PC as well.

Perfect customer service and brilliant communication. PC is more than enough. Runs perfectly.

Amazing quality and great experience, for someone who has no idea how pcs work or anything in that field I'm very happy, everything is great I really recommend them, It's not 5 stars because I haven't gotten consistent updates but that's the only small hiccup I've experienced, everything else is amazing

This was my first ever custom built pc and I found that this site had more options for parts compared to other sites I had looked at. I did see the reviews of “they don’t contact you much” but honestly I thought it was great! Once I purchased the pc they confirmed it and said I’ll get an update within the next 10 days and within 2 weeks of purchasing I got the pc and it works great! I’ve not had any issues with it whatsoever these last 2 weeks and I think it’s amazing for my first gaming pc. I definitely recommend!
