Glasses are always of good quality and usually arrive at the time promised.

I can go online and place my order. No trips to find glasses. I can try them on in the comfort of my own home. They are good quality glasses. I purchased my last 3 pair at the same time and paid a lot less than I would have at a local eyeglass company.

I ordered a pair of glasses with a prism. When the order came it didn't have a prism. I contacted them and told them that there was no prism and here's what the said I had to do to get them corrected "Regarding your order, please take your glasses to your eye doctors office to have your glasses tested if the prescription on the lenses can match the one in your order form, then ask them to issue you a letter on their letterhead to prove they were made incorrectly. Once we receive the letter stating glasses were indeed made incorrectly we will remake a new pair of glasses for you at no additional cost or process a full refund to you." What! Then I said I wouldn't do that and wanted a refund, they made me pay for return shipping for their mistake.

My glasses were exactly as ordered. Quality is nice, but shipping information while waiting is a little confusing. However, once they shipped, they arrived very quickly. Discount codes are very nice for saving opportunities. Will probably order again.

Only problem was I was going through the 2 for 1 deal and @ some point the glasses became unavailable for the deal.

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with this company. I placed an order, paid the advertised price in full, and received an email confirmation confirming the transaction. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I had to either alter my prescription order or pay an additional $41 on top what I have already paid to fulfill the order .When I replied to object to this sudden upcharge for what appeared to be a technical glitch on their website, I requested that they either honor the original price or issue a full refund. They ultimately canceled the order and issued a refund.Demanding additional money after a transaction is finalized is highly unprofessional and mirrors a "bait and switch" tactic to appear cheaper than competitors. I will not be doing business here again and cannot recommend a company that fails to honor its stated checkout prices.

Recently, I ordered glasses and was in such a hurry that I put a positive instead of a negative in front of the numbers. when the glasses arrived, of course they were wrong. When I called up to re-order the glasses I was pleasantly surprised that they would replace them for free just asking me to donate the pair to the needy.

Although GlassesShop doesn't have the largest selection of small size frames they do offer prisms for the lenses which I must have in order to see well. I will order again in the future.

I had a really great experience purchasing prescription sunglasses on the website. I noticed when i got the confirmation email that it had reverted to my old address. I contacted them over email and they promptly responded and corrected it. I got my glasses in a timely manner snd they seem well made and i can see great with them. Just in time for vacation.

I am extremely happy with my two purchases! I have an exceptionally high nearsighted prescription and I have not had glasses in the past 15 years that were truly good. I ordered the Erin frame with my prescription. Vision with them is perfect. The look and the quality are incredible. I was so happy that about a month later I ordered a second pair with the same frame, but a different color. Both pairs were received in approximately a week. The price was incredible. I was able to use a coupon code both times. Any eyeglasses I have had in the past have been about triple the price that I paid here.
