Plenty of styles to choose from. Delivery is fast. I like it where you can customize your size to narrow down the available frames that will fit your face. To add I have a special needs daughter that goes through glasses frequently. I am so pleased to have found the GlassesShop.

I order from GlassesShop every year when I get my new prescription and I need to get new glasses. Their sunglasses are one of the most affordable places I've found, and the quality is always great. They have great styles for great prices and even better sales. The customer care is great and on top of everything. I had a question about adding blue-blocking, and they immediately put my order on hold until they spoke with me and made sure I was satisfied with my order. I received my order quicker than the estimated time, and I've been satisfied with every order placed. I have placed two orders in the last 2-3 weeks, and with my latest order, I was able to get 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses and 1 pair of regular prescription glasses for under $100.00. They offer so many good styles and options for lenses, and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses throughout the years from Glassesshop and have been extremely satisfied. Fast shipping and amazing customer service. They have a large variety. The fit has always been perfect. I can’t wait to order a pair of prescription sunglasses to add to my collection.

On my first order I messed up and put a - instead of a + and they were very accommodating to replace them with just shipping charges. I got the second order but the prescription is off and I can’t really read anything with these new progressives. I guess you get what you pay for! The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because their customer service is pretty good

Glasses still aren’t right! Won’t use online again.

Waiting to see the quality of the glasses I just purchased a few days ago.

Last time I purchased sunglasses they delaminated. I didn’t know the shade material could do that but the material between the lenses internally delaminated from a glue issue.

Anyway, the hilarious part was that even though I had purchased these only a few weeks earlier they were out of warranty because…..

Sun exposure had likely caused the adhesive to fail and it was my fault for leaving them in the sun.

Yeah, read that twice.

Be careful with these guys. I’m giving them a second chance only because they’re less expensive and I have to refer my low income patients somewhere.

Maybe they’ve gotten their act together and I can get back to referring them patients

First pair ordered were done with incorrect prescription. I uploaded a picture of my prescription and glasses were done incorrectly. Contacted customer service (Mandy) and she insisted I typed in my info wrong. Explained to her several times that I uploaded a picture of prescription, that I didn’t type it and she didn’t care what I was saying. She insisted it was my mistake. After back and forth, I was given store credit of only $14.94 although glasses were $29 after discount and shipping reduction. Tried talking to customer service next day. Again got Mandy on the line. She would not even acknowledge me. When I typed something into the chat box, she would somehow erase my messages. Never could get another answer out of her. So I had to just suck it up and just use the minimal refund I was given so I could order my glasses since they were indeed needed. After a while, I did receive the new glasses with the correct prescription. I have made a few purchases before but I don’t know if I’ll keep using GlassesShop after this experience. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service I received was unprofessional.

The first pair of glasses had the wrong prescription, user error. Glassesshop was very easy to contact and once the correct prescription was uploaded, Glassesshop sent an entire new pair of glasses. Love and will definitely use again and recommend hands down. ❤️
