Easy to order progressive lenses for my glasses and order prescription sunglasses at a great price. Shipping is a little slower than most customers may want (14 days in my case) but if you don't need glasses quickly you can save big money. Lenses and frames are well made.

On the surface, it appears that this company has a great variety of products. Their customer service if something goes wrong, however, is abysmal.

I ordered prescription sunglasses on June 3. I was notified on June 10 that they were shipped and should arrive within 7 business days. By June 25, I went online to check the status and they had shipped my glasses to the wrong ZIP code. I was asked to verify my address. It was clear that I'd submitted the correct ZIP code, but they sent to to an incorrect one. When I complained, I was told that I had to wait for the US postal service to return the glasses to them, at which time they would reship them to me. I finally received the glasses on July 1.

I don't know what they did, but my prescription is off. I cannot see anything with these glasses. I just want to return them for a refund. Again, with no acknowledgement or apology for sending the glasses to the wrong ZIP code in the first place, I'm again being asked to bear the burder of information that they already have. I should just be allowed to return the glasses and receive a refund. Horrible customer service policies!

Prescription sunglasses and glasses are affordable well built in a lot more inexpensive than going to the optometrist

Fit is perfect at a wonderful price. Glasses look classy.

Update: after seeing my bad review they got back in touch with me and sent me new glasses. Took one star off because they still have no warning about heat ruining their lenses and they would not have sent me new without writing a bad review.
I got progressive transitions prescription lenses about nine months ago. They were great - until I left them in their case in the glove compartment of my car an hour in hot weather. When I got back, the lenses were blurry/wavy. I contacted customer service and all they would say was to keep them in a non transparent case (they were). Was never told heat could ruin the sunglasses.

Best prices, excellent customer service and really good selection. Also their points/bonus and discount codes seem very generous.

Once again I am elated for the excellent job that you done with my choice of eyewear! The eyeglasses I chose and the prescription lenses are right 👍🏾 on point! ! truly like the style of frames I picked out and my eye doctor's prescription were done 👍🏾💯 percent correct! They fit great and are light weight with no sliding down my nose. Progressive lenses are fantastic and prescription is spot on. Price was good and customer service great. I will buy from GlassesShop again.

The glasses were listed as universal/alternative bridge fit. They were normal glasses. They did not work on my flat nose at all. Constantly falling down, uncomfortable, and slipping.

The glasses I got made me look like Elton John. I'm a petite women they were HUGE and kept sliding off my nose. I TRIED calling 28 times over the last few days and all I got was the mailbox was full..I also have sent about a dozen different emails with NO response till late this afternoon. This has been an awful and stressful experience. Not happy with your company at all.

I like how you can try the glasses on online. There are many options to choose from. One thing I have noticed though is upon arrival the pair of glasses l choose are always much darker in color than what they appeared to be when you're doing the try on feature. This has been the case with me the last several times. Something to keep in mind. The prices are very reasonable. I ordered progressive lenses and photo chromatic, plus the frames and my order was only 134.19. They do an excellent job in making your glasses. Expect about a 10 day to two weeks wait before receiving your glasses. I've never returned a pair of glasses so l can't vouch good or bad on that. I would recommend GlassesShop, I've always had a good experience with their company.

This is my 3rd pair, brown & blue pairs. Love these glasses. They fit perfect & look so up to date. Very light weight & fit perfect from day one. Hoping the red frames come back.
