DO not I repeat Do not buy from this site .the roses came damage and they ask me to send pictures and claiming they had send me an e-mail but it never reach my inbox .
I would do it if they are local but in my case it is just not worth to order from some one so far away and for fact the product will be damage .

Received 100 dead roses

I ordered 100 roses as a gift and they were delivered 30 days late, a box of dead roses. The refund was a fight!

Undependable!!

Undependable!!! I did not receive my order. They have a requirement for signature and won't let you sign digitally with their delivery company and then I expected him to be delivered the next day and they didn't deliver them either. No customer phone support.

The flowers were shipped out in time. Fed Ex did not deliver them in a timely manner. 3 days late. Total refund. The roses look like good quality.

I have ordered from Global Rose many…

I have ordered from Global Rose many times and this is the first time I have been disappointed with the product I received. The carnations were beautiful. However, the leatherleaf ferns were already starting to dry up on Thursday, March 19 when I received them. By Sunday's event, they weren't usable.

In a world where customer service is declining rapidly, Global Rose did a fantastic job with my order. Consistent communication, easy order system and package was delivered a day before expected. Carnations

Norton Key Club ordered 350 carnations and we only counted 339. Several flowers were broken or broke off when they were handled. Maybe another 8-10 were broken. (Flowers were ordered by Ralph Dowling)

50 roses delivered to my wife in a box

50 roses delivered to my wife in a box. Roses withered and discolored. Leaves falling off every where. Customer Service was a joke. Literally told me to water them and send more pictures after 12 hours. I wish I could share photos on this review. I will never order from them again.

Horrible

Unfortunately, I was so excited because of the majority of the reviews were very positive but my experience today was heartbreaking. My partner he ordered me 50 red stem roses and they came in horrible shape. It looked like somebody just threw them together. There was even a footprint inside the box roses were broken. Stems were bent. The greenery were falling apart. I was in shock. It made me cry. It made me very sad. He tried to get some kind of compensation from the company, and they only offered to refund for eight roses while the batch was primarily black spots all over the roses bent some of them were even off the stem. I would never order again from them, especially after the horrible customer service and the lack of compensation . I don’t know if they do quality check before shipping out, but they need to do better because this was so obvious that whoever put this order together did not care.
