ABC Glofox Reviews 

I downloaded the Glofox app to join my local gym. I created an account, and paid for a family pass. After adding just 2 of my 5 kids, the app froze - wouldn't close, couldn't edit. I force-closed the app and reloaded it, but could not log in.

The gal at the gym didn't know what to do, and showed me what it 'should do' from her phone. I decided I'd add the rest of my kids using my computer instead. To my surprise I cannot log in on my computer either. I tried resetting my password, but the email never came to me (and yes, I checked my junk folder). My bank account shows that I indeed paid. No need to stress, though. I will call and get this sorted out.

I called Glofox and eventually spoke with an agent. I explain the situation to them and their reply was 'call your gym'. I told him I was there physically and the girl did not know what to do. He said he would not help me. He said the gym has to contact them and they will work with the gym. My issue isn't the gym - its the lousy app that doesn't work. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

So I called my gym to see if they can help me resolve the issue, but of course, I can't get anyone on the line - its the automated menu & voicemail.
At this point, I just want my money back. This JOKE of a company doesn't give a crap about their users. It's apparent that all they care about is selling their crappy software to unsuspecting gyms and walking away with your hard earned money.

Theresa was absolutely amazing! She listened to my needs and concerns and was able to comfort me and make my daily life easier. Very grateful that she was able to work in my budget and didn’t make me feel bad when I had to eliminate services to make it more affordable for me! Excited to start using this platform that was build for fitness by fitness minded individuals. Will definitely recommend this to other people!

Theresa was amazing! Super personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with my requests and finding solutions for me. I am an anxious new studio owner and so finding solutions for me, delivered by super helpful calls, make the stress of it all that much easier. That is EXACTLY what everyone needs. Super happy.

The onboarding is really comprehensive. Had I have known that there was so much to do when I signed up, I would have thought twice!

I have had nothing but positive and helpful interactions from everyone at Glofox from the sales to the onboarding.

Onboarding was fast and seamless. Abbie was able to get us set up quickly and we started registering students/selling memberships/accepting payments within a week of purchasing the basic plan.

The platform has been working well for us and meeting our needs.

Every representative from Glofox that I've interacted with is very organized, patient, knowledgable and personable. The materials for onboarding and instructions are very clear and concise. Glad I found this student management system, it was highly recommended to me and I look forward to seeing what more it can do.

Theresa was amazing!! She gave us all the information we needed to ensure all of our needs would be met for our business. She was able to answer all of our questions and it was a very pleasant and comfortable meeting.

Theresa did an Awesome Job explaining how GloFox works. I did have quite a few financial barriers to get over . She helped me find an affordable solution to get started with GloFox which I really needed . I even had to ignore her a bit 🤣 But she kept sending me different and more affordable solutions until I just had no excuse but to get started with GloFox ✔️

Glofox has an easy an boarding process just took me a few days. Everyone I've worked with on their staff was professional and made the process even easier.

Theresa was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, comfortable enough to say "I don't know, but let me find that out for you", and organized enough to actually follow up! The demo's went smoothly, and Theresa handled her software and the zoom platform easily.
My one complaint (with every company I tried) was setting up an initial call under the pretext of giving information and a demo, and then having that initial call just be exploratory, with the aim of setting up a second call to do a full demo. I'd always prefer to just do a demo on the first call.
Overall a great experience with GloFox and Theresa.

I have a small gym that I want to streamline so I can save time in order to focus on other businesses and the gym itself rather than the paperwork. I talked to Theresa for a demo on Glofox, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the fitness industry, business and how to assist me with my needs. She also informed me of many other things Glofox offers that will help me that I didn't know existed. I asked her many various questions, and she knew the software well enough to quickly answer exactly how I could apply their software to my gym. She understands every gym has different needs, and she personalized how the software could help me at my gym and it was a no brainer. I learned a lot from her, and look forward to starting with Glofox. Theresa also offered to help me later on if I had questions, although that isn't her job.
