I would rate this negative numbers if I could. They will not communicate or respond to me after me never receiving my order! I feel like it is a total scam website!!

They send you cloths that are made of cheap material. It’s never what they advertise. They take pics of nice cloths, put that on their page, you order them they “TRY” to duplicate what you order. I received a dress and coat and the material was cheap and I ordered a small, it was a large and you can tell cheap, cheap material. I sent it back and it cost me $33.00. Please do not order from this place.

Do Not Order from this company. Disappointed that I did not find these reviews till after the fact. I purchased 2 items & only recently one. No one will respond to emails. I have asked about delivery tracking, asked for refund nothing!

Warning-Do NOT order anything from this company. Ordered camo shorts and what I received was pathetic. The materiel was thin, flimsy and cheap. The hem that was supposed to to be a raw hem and the distressing on the pocket were all imprinted into the item. I ordered a large and although they say large the shorts were extra small. Requested a refund and they will not refund my money. They say I have to pay for shipping back to China. They refuse to refund.

No stars would be better. Total scam company. They stole videos from another site. Which I found out too late.
I ordered three items. Not even close to what was advertised. Their return policy is strict and they don't want you to return any items. And you have to ask for the return address and ask for Orginal payment to be returned or they will give you store credit. And zero refund on jewelry. The necklace advertised was a large gold choker on a solid gold ring with a horse bit hanging (about 3 inches long) WHAT CAME was a tiny "chain necklace" and the pendant was smaller than my picky finger. Not even close lose to what was pictured on their site.

This site is a scam. They misrepresent their product, product is poor quality, and not what the picture looks like. They have very poor customer service and their refund policy is misrepresented. I have report to the BBB and I am still waiting on them to send me the address to ship back product at my expense.

do not order from this company they sent the wrong size it cost double if you try to send it back and they put it on your cost. They only offered me $10 out of $50. I paid for their mistake. Do not order the quality of this material is very thin. It’s not true to size and all they do is try to scam you out of your own money so you’re stuck with an outfit and they take your money.

I wish I could give zero stars. They advertise with videos to make it portray that they are a US based boutique. Once you order, you realize that’s not the case because your order takes forever to arrive from China. I only received two of the three pieces I paid for. The quality of the fabric was nothing like what they advertised, and they won’t let me return it.

Not great quality. Returns are a scam. The cost for my 2 items was going to be $125.00 to China. Cost of my order was $86.00. Do the math!

Horrible clothing from china!! The whole process of ordering and returning was AWFUL!!! PayPal had to fight for me!! Then to return the package to get my money back was $32.05!!!! Buyer BEWARE!! Big huge ripoff .. the clothes are horrible!!

I ordered a pair of camo shorts with a pink rope belt. They looked adorable in the video on IG. I followed the size chart and ordered a medium. With shipping it was over $40. The material quality is awful and they look like a child’s shorts. I contacted customer service and they offered 20% off another item. I won’t be wasting my money.

I wish that I had found these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 items. One came in 3 weeks. The fabric is ok, just now what I expected and larger than my size. The second item took 31 days, and it was hideous. It actually looked like a night gown, was see thru in spots and the pattern was not at all as described. Trying to return it for a full refund is a joke. They offered me a 29% discount on a future purchase if I would just keep it or share with someone else. The dress was $38! I want my $38 and the 20% discount. Not having luck even getting the original sales price back.

I have not had a good experience with this shop. I placed an order on 5/21/25 for 10 total items. Their website states that orders will arrive in a maximum of 23 business days. That, in my opinion, is a long time but I was willing to wait so I went ahead and placed the order. The first two items were delivered on 6/4 (10 business days), the next two items on 6/21 (22 business days), the next five items on 6/27 (27 business days), and the last item is still yet to ship as of 7/3 (31 business days). The wait time is just the beginning of the issues.

Two of the items I ordered were dresses. The photo and description of the dress on the website is completely different from the dress I received. The only thing that was the same was the color. Another dress that I ordered had a flaw in its construction. It had a serged seem on the outside of the dress. This type of seem is reserved for the inside of clothing because it is not part of a finished look. A third item that I ordered was described as a white top with embroidered stars. The top that I received has the stars printed on the fabric, not embroidered onto it. The rest of the items that I received were clearly poor quality. I could have ordered the same quality items off of Temu for a fraction of the cost.

Here's where it got really frustrating. I emailed customer service to request a return. Their website advertises free returns. It is listed on every item listing page. (This is one of the reasons I felt ok about placing an order with a website that I was not familiar with nor could find any reviews about.) When customer service responded they said that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost. They then proceeded to offer me a partial refund instead of a return. I explained to them that I did not want to keep the order because of the reasons I have listed above in this review. They replied again with another offer of a partial refund. Their website also guarantees 100% satisfaction. This too is a lie because they are unwilling to accept a return.

At the time of this review I am continuing to communicate with this shop in the hopes that they will provide a prepaid return label so that I can send this order back for a full refund.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment. Don't be fooled by the photos and promised on their website. They are deceptive.
