Missing Lights, no replacement.
Purchased 3 light kits including kit for Dom's Charger Technic set from Glow Bricks stall at BBX september 13, easy to follow instructions, great lights...what was there.
However... yhe kit I bought in person was missing 2 of the lights for the kit. I contacted Glow Bricks on September 15, and apologies were given and missing lights were going to be sent. i followed up 3-4 weeks later, received another apology and was told lights were out of stock, but new lights were arriving over next couple weeks and i would be sent the missing when they arrive.
Forward to 2 and a half months later, no lights, no correspondence.
The other kits I received were great and complete. I was going to purchase more kits for other displays, but instead I will find another seller. As I said, light kits that were whole were great, but I would recommend only purchasing them face to face and not online, and immediately downloading the instructions so you can verify the light kit contents while you are still there and able to exchange them in person. For that reason I would definitely not reccommend buying online as if there is anything wrong with the kit, it is likely you will not see a replacement.
