I ordered a part through their website. They emailed me to let me know the part I am ordering, did not go with the vin# I provided. Awesome, please send me the correct part. I received the package March 18, 2026. I did not open it until my mechanic came on March 20, 2026. To my surprise, its the wrong freaking part. I emailed them, sent the images of what I received. They asked me to send them to a different email, which I did. My statement showed the right part number, but the part in the package was a different part number. I let them know and nothing. I have heard absolutely nothing since. I think its sad they can take advantage of people. I have 2 kids with special needs and trying to get my car running. I didn't really have $75 for a part. The lease they can do is replace it or give a refund so I can just go through the dealership and pay either $10 less or $20 more, depending on location or etc. They might want to double check before just throwing parts in a box!

At the one month from ordering date, still nothing. I had indicated that my order should just be cancelled if they couldn't fill it. After more than a month, I ordered from another retailer. Low and behold, then next day I get an email indicating my order was shipped. I have contacted them again to get the order cancelled. This is the worse buying experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a seat belt for GMC Van. Part arrived but did not fit. When I tried to input the VIN number when ordering it said it wasn't valid so I ordered anyway. They agreed to the the return but didn't tell me they were going to charge me $ 15 for a shipping label that I had to print myself and also $28 to process the return I guess. If I would have known I would have kept it and resold it myself.

Before ordering, I called to verify that the part was in stock, I was told that it was, so I ordered the part and I waited, and waited, and waited..... I called and I was told that the part is discontinued and was not available. I already knew it was a discontinued part which is the reason I called to verify that they had it! Ordered 2 sway bar links of month ago one of them happened to be faulty and I already had put it on and I had to buy another one from an actual dealership. Buyer beware When you try to call the number that they provide you it goes to voicemail instantly and when you respond to them by email they do respond to you back. 1 time but that's the last time you hear from them. I've been trying to send back this $40 sway bar link for the last month and I sent over 20 emails with not one response so just going to let you know now Do not bother using this site Because if they send you a wrong part or a faulty part there's no way of shipping it back to them but they'll take that money out quick as soon as you buy the product though. Can’t return items if you don’t give a vin number when you order. I bought a set of rims off a 2016 to put on my 2004 and the rims needed centre caps and they didn’t fit the rims so i wanted to return them 3 out of 4 of the boxes weren’t even opened, but since i didn’t give a vin number of the truck the rims were off of i can’t return them.

They sent me the wrong axle for my Volt. Incredibly, when i let them know of the mistake, they said i had accepted the terms and couldnt return it, even if I paid to send it back. This outfit can send you anything they want, completely wrong, take your money and refuse to do anything. The phone numbers are phoney, the email worked once to get a rude responce from them. Complete scam, if you don't believe me try going on their page and try to look for the support number. It autodials 11111. They took about $200 from me but I'm in the process of getting it disputed. They also bugged my phone and could be doing more without me knowing. These people are scum. Don't trust this website.
