I ordered a part through their website. They emailed me to let me know the part I am ordering, did not go with the vin# I provided. Awesome, please send me the correct part. I received the package March 18, 2026. I did not open it until my mechanic came on March 20, 2026. To my surprise, its the wrong freaking part. I emailed them, sent the images of what I received. They asked me to send them to a different email, which I did. My statement showed the right part number, but the part in the package was a different part number. I let them know and nothing. I have heard absolutely nothing since. I think its sad they can take advantage of people. I have 2 kids with special needs and trying to get my car running. I didn't really have $75 for a part. The lease they can do is replace it or give a refund so I can just go through the dealership and pay either $10 less or $20 more, depending on location or etc. They might want to double check before just throwing parts in a box!

Awful!!!!! DO NOT PURCASE FROM HERE. I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order and didn't hear from this company for weeks, then they said my shipment was imminent and they would send me a tracking number. Five days later, still nothing. At the one month from ordering date, still nothing. I had indicated that my order should just be cancelled if they couldn't fill it. After more than a month, I ordered from another retailer. Low and behold, then next day I get an email indicating my order was shipped. I have contacted them again to get the order cancelled. This is the worse buying experience I have ever encountered. BE WARNED!!!!

The so-called customer support team is useless specially someone named Pam.
I spent 24 minutes on the phone with her and she kept telling the same thing over and over again. She had the ability to help me but refused to do anything!
I love my new Silverado truck but the GM customer service team needs to be fixed ASAP!

I ordered a seat belt for GMC Van. Part arrived but did not fit. When I tried to input the VIN number when ordering it said it wasn't valid so I ordered anyway. They agreed to the the return but didn't tell me they were going to charge me $ 15 for a shipping label that I had to print myself and also $28 to process the return I guess. If I would have known I would have kept it and resold it myself.

Because I work out of state and have a different shipping address from my billing address my order got flagged as fraud. Don't try to order from this site if you are stuck with a broken down vehicle away from home. I will never attempt to order from this company again. This is the most rediculious stupid nonsense.

Nobody to talk to when you call the number a big GM online store goes to a shortell voicemail box thats full that’s pathetic and then you go to contact somebody via email. You don’t ever hear a goddamn thing in return ordered my part over a month ago still haven’t received it. This xucking website is a joke. Give me my xucking money back.

GM Parts giant are some real scum bags!!! They list parts on their website that are shown to be available. Before ordering, I called to verify that the part was in stock, I was told that it was, so I ordered the part and I waited, and waited, and waited..... I called and I was told that the part is discontinued and was not available. I already knew it was a discontinued part which is the reason I called to verify that they had it! I never received a phone call to advise me that my order was cancelled, not even an apology!!! GMPARTSGIANT.COM SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Ordered 2 sway bar links of month ago one of them happened to be faulty and I already had put it on and I had to buy another one from an actual dealership. Buyer beware When you try to call the number that they provide you it goes to voicemail instantly and when you respond to them by email they do respond to you back. 1 time but that's the last time you hear from them. I've been trying to send back this $40 sway bar link for the last month and I sent over 20 emails with not one response so just going to let you know now Do not bother using this site Because if they send you a wrong part or a faulty part there's no way of shipping it back to them but they'll take that money out quick as soon as you buy the product though. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Can’t return items if you don’t give a vin number when you order. I bought a set of rims off a 2016 to put on my 2004 and the rims needed centre caps and they didn’t fit the rims so i wanted to return them 3 out of 4 of the boxes weren’t even opened, but since i didn’t give a vin number of the truck the rims were off of i can’t return them.

What a great experience at GMPartsNow! I ordered the part I believe I needed and the team at GMPN reached out to me with additional questions to be sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast and the item was well packaged.

Bought a part. They Charged my credit card.
Canceled 3 days later. Said part discontinued. They should check availability before taking payment or advertising the part to begin with. Waste of my time.

Please do not order from these robbers. They will get your money you will not receive your item and you will never hear from them again. I wish I could rate them a triple negative zero.

Gm has major transmission problems. And they are hiding it! Do not buy a GM product thier transmissions are garbage. 2nd new car i bought needed a transmission.

GM auto parts took my order, charged my card, then next day said it had been voided when it had not
Contacted Victor G customer service he claimed it was never charged despite me showing evidence it had, claim i need to take it up with my back, had t file a claim with my bank as they refused to issue a refund

They sent me the wrong axle for my Volt. Incredibly, when i let them know of the mistake, they said i had accepted the terms and couldnt return it, even if I paid to send it back. This outfit can send you anything they want, completely wrong, take your money and refuse to do anything. The phone numbers are phoney, the email worked once to get a rude responce from them. Thieves!!

I ordered a trunk emblem for my Camaro over 30 days ago. They have taken my money, but have not mailed me the part nor have they replied to my emails requesting the status of my order.

Complete scam, if you don't believe me try going on their page and try to look for the support number. It autodials 11111. They took about $200 from me but I'm in the process of getting it disputed. They also bugged my phone and could be doing more without me knowing. These people are scum. Don't trust this website.

checked out with a $9 charge for shipping. Received an email an hour later saying it'd be an extra $150 in shipping. No thank you

Horrible! I wanted to make a return of something that was not even opened and they never even responded to my request. LITERALLY closed the ticket without even telling me. I don't care who you use, but DON'T use this company!
