GMR did an awesome job on my transcription order. We had multiple corporate meetings we needed transcribed with many attendants. The transcripts were done quickly and accurately. We were very happy with the service and will be using GMR for the upcoming meetings.

As I was reviewing the transcripts I was also listening to the audio. Many words were missed or excluded and some of the words were recorded as unaudioable, however I was able to hear what was being. I also paid for verbatim, but many "ums" and other like words were missing.

After a helpful initial phone call — where I described the transcription needs of my team — I uploaded audio files, set the parameters of the project and had a quote for the work.
The GMR Transcript site was easy to navigate and uploading files was quick. I received the work ahead of schedule and at the projected cost.

Julie was extremely helpful with explaining the service process, when I had trouble downloading my documents she took the time and was willing to help me solve that problem. Fast turn around, even quicker than estimated

Service was excellent. I caught a few very minor errors but nothing serious. The process was swift, the pricing was more than fair. I would recommend this service.

I represent an individual who speaks Spanish. He provided a statement to an insurance company in Spanish. The statement was provided to me on a CD. The insurance company did not transcribe the statement. I needed the statement transcribed to confirm what my client told the insurance company was the same as was told to me. GMR Transcription provided me with a transcribed statement in less than 10 days for an extremely reasonable price. Also, I knew that the transcription was accurate. Thank you. If I am need of their services, I will definitely use them again.

It took longer than it was supposed to. After the due date passed, I was told it was difficult audio (2 people, one on speaker phone, no background noise) and I would be charged more. When I finally received the final document, I expected some inaudibles marked, but there are so many! And I have to review the whole document because I've caught a few mistakes in text that wasn't flagged for audio issues. I have now spent an hour going through the audio and fixing the text and still have another half to go. My only consolation is that I didn't have to do the full transcription and my job is reimbursing me. I've missed a few deadlines and am now hoping to get this piece up before the end of this week.

My experiences with GMR have been completely positive! I had 20, two-speaker audio recordings transcribed to English. Transcripts were always delivered on time with the advertised level of accuracy. The financial transactions were quick and simple, with transcripts made available as soon as the credit card information was entered into the web site. I would highly recommend GMR to anyone especially doctoral students in need of audio transcriptions (this was the only service I used).
