This place advertises itself as a ticket seller, but it's actually a scalping site that resells tickets for twice the price.

Vince did an excellent job helping me with the tickets I purchased for a baseball game that I wasn't able to access.

Purchased tickets for a concert in a different city and they didn’t come through. had to buy nose bleeds the day of because of there promise to have tickets ready the day of. pay extra and go with a better vendor. you have been warned.

Vince did an excellent job helping me verify some concert tickets I purchased last fall for an upcoming show. I was concerned about potential scam or trouble accessing tickets as needed and he alleviated my concerns and resent link to tickets. Thanks Vince and gotickets!

Gabi at online customer service was the greatest. Helped me throughout the whole process of me trying to fix an issue that i had and smoothly helped me resolve my issues in a timely manner. My Order is #: 3103656 and I spent $9K on a ticket. A customer service representative told me that Go Tickets already has my ticket at hand. However Go Tickets hasn't sent my ticket nor have they called or follow up.

I will supposedly get my ticket in July. So if I have an emergency and cant go, I won't be able to sell my ticket because Go Tickets wants to deliver my ticket in mid July. This doesn't make sense. This is the worst ticket to purchase tickets

I bought the tickets for the Golden Knights hockey game from Go Tickets. It was $504. I didn’t realize that the tickets were for 21+. It didn’t say anything about being 21 when I purchased the tickets. . I had grandkids and could not use them. I immediately called them and asked them to switch me to another section and they said they could not do that. Not sure what else I can send you unless you want a copy of my bill.

I would not even give them one star. This is a scam. They charged double the price for tickets to the Guthrie theater and when I called the Guthrie theater those tickets were 1/2 the price and not available to go tickets to sell. I canceled the order immediately and contacted Paypal and reported fraud to stop the payment did they refused to refund. Scam scam scam do not use go tickets or Alliaza insurance

I purchased 2 tickets for a show that were listed as "General Admission". I did not find out until the E-tickets appeared in my ASX app that these tickets were "standing" tickets. After the purchase, I received three separate confirmation emails from Go Tickets and none of them described the tickets as "standing". The problem is that a member of my party is unable to stand for a show and I would never have purchased these tickets had the description been accurate. Please note that the venue for this event is selling two different tickets - General Admission Seated, and General Admission Standing - Go Tickets did not specify which type they were selling. I called their customer service and was told, "So sorry, all sales all final". I haven't even mentioned how much over face value this unreliable service charged for their misrepresented product.

I purchased tickets and could not access them I called and Arden was very helpful. He helped me transfer them to my Google wallet as I am new to using this process.

GOTICKETS ZERO STARS!!! I'm out $398.73. Trying to buy tickets off of Ticketmaster, got PHISED and REROUTED by GoTickets without my knowledge or consent. After tickets were in my cart and paid for my credit card was charged $175 more than the price in cart. I filed a dispute with my credit card company DISCOVER, but GOTICKETS fine print NO REFUND policy allowed them to get away with this deception. They have multiple reports to the Better Business Bureau and multiple reports on Trust Pilot and Reddit regarding their DECEPTIVE practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very deceptive practices with NASTY customer service. Reported to Better Business Bureau. I assume their five star positive ratings are from people POSING to be real customers. BUYER BE AWARE!!!
DIDN'T get to go to concert because DISCOVER never notified me that they reversed the dispute until after the date of the concert. The tickets had fallen out of my Apple wallet because of the dispute.

Numerous reports on Trust Pilot and Reddit of similar activity by GOTICKETS. If this has happened to you, ask your credit card company to report the activity on a transaction monitoring referral form. After multiple reports, they will block charges from the company.

Jen of Go tickets helped me with a matter with my ticket to the Texas Country Music Awards show at Billy Bob’s. She explained how to retrieve my ticket by downloading an app. I would not have known that had I not chatted with her tonight. She definitely gets a 5-star rating from me!!

My husband and I had a lot of trouble trying to find our tickets for parking at PPG Arena in Pittsburgh. we called customer service and a person named Jenni was wonderful. We were on the phone with her for at least an hour and she was able to email us information to find the ticket. She is a great employee.
