Last year, we held my daughter’s birthday at Go Banana. I would not recommend it. On the same day, two other parties were held in the small space, so there was not enough room for our guests. Also, three people were mistakenly added to our guest list, and we were charged $75 for them. We asked for a refund, but management refused.

Brilliant visit today.

Very expensive. How can they charge £7.95 for a 6 month baby that’s not even walking. Along with another 2 kids and 2 adults £33 is extortionate. Not again

my hair dresser was supper kind and my mum needs to learn how to curl my hair that good.

I find it revolting that you can't bring your own pack lunch, especially when there Food is expensive and disgusting, they are bullying and blackmailing you into buying food you don't want, it's 2021 and this old pathetic form of "Business" needs to stop, your ripping off families who are on low income budget,

Very good at taking your money at the front end. Woeful at delivery and completely impenetrable if you have to chase anything. No phone numbers for either them or the seller. I still haven’t received the delivery and I’m not at all confident that I ever will. No responses to my emails

Terrible , my daughter is not even size 3 in everything ordered size 4 so it would fit her for a while and couldn’t even get it on , Chinese garbage and because we had taken tags off assuming they would fit , was told bad luck . Rude and cheap

Terrible service and communication. I had to chase them for a delivery date and now I want to return an item , they are cutting me dead . You can only get hold of them and the person you are buying from by email . So it’s easy for them to ignore you . I wantEd to return an item but they wouldn’t reply. Finally after threatening to cancel the payment I got a reply and the item was picked up and I was given a refund .
But I will never use them again .

After using the service after a decade, i Went in for a cut wash and blowdry, the hair dresser that cut my hair made me feel very uncomfortable like she was rushing to finish her shift at 5.30 and didnt pay any attention to any conversation i was making. She chopped off random bits of my hair and didnt blend anything out. She had a face on the entire hour i was there. I had a very bad experience and the atmosphere was uncomfortable i had staff brushing up around me like i was in the way. Unfortunately i thought i would have the experience i did 10years ago but it i was let down. The staff maybe need some training on how to communicate with their customer’s, The styling and cut was ridiculously bad felt like it was just something i could have done a better job on myself.

We organised a buck show and paid in full. However, the bride-to-be was hospitalised and the wedding was postponed. Understandably, the buck show had to be postponed as well. When we called to inform them, one week of the scheduled buck show, they said they couldn't refund us the money but could reschedule the show, which was what we wanted to do. When we called the number of the guy who organised it, he then said it was not possible to reschedule it. So, we paid about 1.3k for a show that was never held, we couldn't reschedule it or even get a partial refund!

Unacceptable experience, went chocolate making and we were given toilet roll to wipe our hands with and there was no fridge to set the chocolates they relied on air conditioning,as it was a very warm day 50% of the chocolates did not set and the chocolatier was 30 minutes late and we were on a hen party, totally disgusted complained to Lee who is the manager, and he was really unhelpful.
I would seriously advise not to book with Go Bananas for this experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted a few companies which do clay pigeon shooting near aviemore and this company wad the only one to reply to my enquiries and they did so very quickly. They also have a great range of activities to choose from. Price is resonable and is only 2 miles from aviemore I believe

What a wonderful time we had, it was a Chrismas present from my Grandparents and 5 of us went go-karting and lazer tag. We had superb fun and will definately go back again

Needed event booked a fairly short notice. Received prompt email reply and follow up phone calls to get all details arranged in good time.
Would definately use this company again :).

Booking my hen night was straight forward with gobananas, they could book serval activities all together and create an easy way for my guest to pay online so I don't need to chase up cash when I have a wedding to organise! After I call to inquire I wasn't bombarded with calls to confirm just one email to ask if I was still interested in the date I'd discussed, it was easy to confirm my booking and only require a low deposit! They have also organised a stripper to be on the bus which I'm looking forward to! Thanks gobananas

I facebooked the page to find out a bit of information and Allen responded straight away. Gave me all the information I needed and when I called to pay the deposit he was very polite.

i spoke to allan who gave me my quote for my friends hen do in leeds he was very helpful and also made sure he got the best price possible.all my queries were answered very quickly and it was so easy to book roll on leeds 2014 thankyou allan and go banannas x

From the first point of contact customer service has been brilliant. Allan was very patient and accommodating, giving prompt responses to all queries with regard to hen do activity.

Definelty recommend as Alan had great local knowledge very professional and sounded just like one of boys u would want on the stag weekend

Allan who helped me sort out my hen party activities was very helpful and accurate. The prices are also VERY competitive. Made my hen party much cheaper so everyone could afford to come :-) the activities were that much cheaper that I originally had 22 people coming and an extra 8 were added on! Great service thank you Allan!!!
