Two days late on arriving back in Bristol because of storms in Zante. Phoned as usual after exit from airport.Driver asked were we the people who phoned from Zante saying we would be returning late ,he already knew as he had been tracking our flight! Car ready and waiting for us at the farm.

We stayed the night before our flight in one of the rooms which was lovely and comfortable.A 4am shuttle to the airport driven by a cheerful man who helped with cases. After collecting luggage, a call to the office, answered straight away, and collected within 15 mins by a friendly, helpful driver. Arriving at the office the lady came out and got cases out of van for us, thank you all! Our car was ready for collection and we were on our way within 10 mins. Excellent service we will use again.

We have parked at Goblin many times. This year we decided to stay overnight . We had an excellent stay . Our room was immaculate and comfy bed. Highly recommended

Throughout all walks of life I think you would struggle to come across better efficiency and customer service than this company offers!!! It is outstanding.

We arrived a couple of minutes ahead of when we agreed too. The greeting was very personal and accommodating.
They explained they were waiting for one more couple which were due imminently. We were directed to a very pleasant waiting area.
2 minutes later we were called and we were at the airport within 5 minutes.

I booked for my electric vehicle to be charged whilst we were away. The following day (day 1 of a 10 day holiday) I got a notification from my car app, that my car was 100% charged.

On return, we called reception as directed and we were collected with 8 minutes.
Within 15 minutes of clearing customs, we were on route home in our own car.

Without doubt the best experience I’ve ever had in relation to airport parking.
I will definitely be using again.

Arrived back at Bristol Airport , rang 3 times with no answer husband left a message saying were had arrived back . Driver rang back saying he was on his way still waited another 20 mins to arrive .
Total time of waiting 1hour for transport to arrive.
Never had a problem before normally waiting there for you .

We had an overnight stay and parking. Everything went perfectly from the accommodation to the transfer to and from the airport.

We were over one hour late 2/30 in the morning no problem quick phone call and we are on our way car was dusty but no damage thank you goblin.

Excellent parking location, very safe and a smooth, easy transfer in both directions. All drivers and staff are very friendly and helpful. My vehicle had a puncture caused on the way to the airport and they changed the wheel for me to save me time on my return. I will not use another parking facility when flying from Bristol. I have used this parking many times over a period of over 10 years.

DAMAGED CAR, ABUSIVE OWNER, STEER CLEAR !!

We left my car here for one week, upon our return I noticed damage to my rear bumper that was freah and clean, the car could do with a wash so it was very noticable. The worker advised there is cctv and they would look into it.

Fast forward two weeks and Claire called and advised they had reviewed the CCTV and could see there was no damage to my car when we left it there, however, the owner thinks it is suspicious how the damage suddenly appears. But to get quotes to fix it. Then yesterday I get a call from the owner Roger, who when I answered the call asked "Is this the person who is trying to defraud me?" I said excuse me, he repeated himself and then said my name. He then proceeded to state that "I want you to take this as far as you can, waste as much of your time and money as you like". He was yelling at me down the phone. I then asked for all communication to be in writing and requested the cctv, which I still had not recieved.

He WhatsApp'd me the footage which was originally 40mins long according to Claire and Roger, the clip is 40 second and shows no damage to my car when we leave it there, then a silver car cuts across the entire screen and suddenly the damage appears.

I asked for the unedited version , Roger asked "Are you going to pay me ?" I asked for what, his reply was "My time". I replied I dont need him to do anything with the footage just send it to me, so there was no work involved to get paid for. He then said I should come view it in person. I live over 2hrs away and after the vicious nature of his manner on the phone, I would not want to interact with him in person.

He then proceeded with more nonsense and eventually after much back and fourth said he had notified his insurance.

Rogers manner with me on the phone was disgusting, rude and nasty. If you can see there was no damage to my vehicle before it was left in your care, you are responsible for it shouls anything happen. My work colleagues who heard the phone call could not believe the manner in which he was initially talking to me and then yelling at me.

Avoid if you value your car and expect to be treated like a human being.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. We used them twice. First time using we had no problems and were satisfied with the service but second time we came back to a nice scrape on my partners car bumper. We took this up with the company and as expected they completely deny any responsibility. Despite admitting their cctv showing that there's no damage when the car arrives they then comment on the fact we cleaned up a bit of spilled diesel off the wheel arch and then say it appeared after that as if if was hidden by dirt. The car was filthy but the scrape was perfectly clean and fresh. We waited for them to "investigate" to them have my partner receive a call from the owner claiming that she was trying to defraud him and telling her that he would welcome her trying to take this further. She requested the cctv and they would not provide the clip. If you value your car I would avoid using this company. It is a shame as we go on holiday 3-4 times a year and they would have made a lot more money off us than this would have cost to put right. We won't be using any of these kind of services again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We were recommended this parking facility and so happy to re recommend it! Such a great place, friendly staff, clean, warm waiting room, electric van to take us to the airport just a few minutes drive away. Car was parked close to the entrance as we arrived back. Good value, we will definitely be using you again thankyou.

We have used Goblin Combe many times and have always had good service, this time we used their accommodation as well. The room was lovely, warm and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated a good night's sleep after a delayed flight back to Bristol.

So glad we were recommended to park here ,amazing service staff were so friendly and the price was great.Will always use going forward 10/10 from us.

Great service from excellent staff . Decent price and only 10 minutes from the airport. We have used them many times before and efficiency and service has not deteriorated over the years.

Having read all the poor reviews of the Silver zone car park at Bristol airport we researched further and discovered Goblin Combe Farm which had very good reviews and we were not disappointed. Booking was easy and at a very reasonable price. We found the service excellent and very efficient from first booking right through to drop off and collection on our return. All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. We will definitely use again for our next trip.

Have used several times before and always an efficient and friendly service. Picked up by Tracy yesterday . Such a delightful person and such a credit to Goblin. Any competitors have a high bar to climb to beat this service.

I chose this airport car parking company because of the good reviews it had, and I must say I was not disappointed. I parked here for a long weekend, and the price was reasonable, cheaper than other places that I had researched. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. They are a reliable company; they were punctual and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Exceptioal Service from drop off to pick up.
Our Initial return flight was cancelled and we were a day late in coming home. There were no issues on arrival and No extra cost. Great personal touch and would not hesitate to use the service again.

Brilliant car parking company! Affordable and so efficient! Arrived to check in the car and the staff were so lovely… transferred to the airport which took roughly 10 mins.
On the return I rang the number provided and waited no longer than 10 mins to be collected… keys handed to me in the transfer… got straight in the car and left! Would highly highly recommend Goblin Combe Farm Parking!
