Don't arrive even a moment early! The garage is nice, the infrastructure 5 stars, the location convenient, but the reservations offer zero arrival time flexibility. Traffic is unpredictable, making this mystifying. Many sensible parking lots have a ~10 minute grace period. Even 5 minutes grace could hardly be an economic problem. I arrived just 3 minutes before my reservation was scheduled to start; the bar code didn't work; the staff on the intercom told me to sit blocking traffic and watching the clock tick for 3 minutes before being allowed to enter. Of course the cars waiting behind me in the line were NOT happy with this terrible plan either. I ended up taking a ticket and just paying twice. Unfortunate!

Prepaid for event parking months in advance. Arrived 15 minutes 'late' for my 2:00 reservation (Boston traffic, right?) My vehicle exceeded the height limit (which I was not made aware there was when i booked) no where on the website did it say there was a 7'ft clearance restriction.
I called the number and asked for a refund. I was told I couldnt have one because I didnt show up on time.
I didnt NOT show up, I literally couldn't fit in the garage. It caused a major headache, I had to back into oncoming traffic then drive around aimlessly trying to find (and pay $45 for) ANOTHER parking area.
Without a refund, I paid more to park than I did for my concert.
I deserved a refund. I didnt NOT show up, i paid $45 and was denied entry because of my size.

Excellent location and very clean and simple to get in and out. Made a reservation online ahead of time and worked great. Just had to scan the QR code upon entering and leaving. Very clean and well-lit and 24 hour staff on-hand. Highly recommend.

Convenient location to the area I was needing to attend

My barcode wouldn't scan upon entry into the garage. So I had to press the button to get a ticket and ended up having to pay twice for 1 parking visit. Please have someone contact me about getting reimbursed.

The parking was great, but did not offer an easy way to get to and from the port (cruise ship). Also when we were leaving, the scanner would not scan the barcode so I had to use the call button to get a parking attendant to come and help us exit the parking garage.

Purchased an event parking pass. The process was easy and convenient. The QR Code worked fine at the gate.

I pre brought my parking pass and was no longer able to attend event and there was nothing to do about parking nore was it able to be changed so I pre paid and never parked

Would give zero stars if I could. I prepaid for parking & when I arrived there were ZERO spots left. I drove up one side and down the other of all 9 levels, which caused me to be late for my meeting. What is the point of selling prepaid spots if you oversell the garage? I assumed you would account for the prepaid spots in your calculations and perhaps turn away some people. I ended up parking illegally on the roof level in an area with slanted yellow lines i.e. not a legal spot. Your system stinks. Will not use again. Terrible.

I reserved parking. The signs said ~2,000 spots available. There was not a single spot open.
