Accidentally broke my screen on NYE, so thankfully I took out accidental damage cover. I called their customer services who were super friendly and they were very flexible and quick to deal with my claim. A DPD guy came to my work the next day to collect the phone and I got it back two days later. They also gave me the option to go into an apple store myself which I didn't have time for. Overall, highly recommend!

I was slightly hesitant when I heard I had to do a video survey for my insurance policy, I must admit it came as a bit of a shock! However my surveyor was charming and made me feel very comfortable. Now the best thing about it is I now know all my possessions are fully insured and if I make a claim I can be paid out faster than you can say Bobs your uncle, no receipts no hassle it’s on the video. The pricing was very reasonable as well, I shopped around for a few days and it was the cheapest quote I could find!

I found it difficult to get an appraisal from other insurance companies, working a full time job and looking after my kids. The video appraisal service offered by Buzzvault was a total lifesaver.
