Bonjour Tony - nous avons examiné votre dossier en détail.

Nos registres montrent que deux abonnements distincts au même forfait ont été souscrits avec deux adresses e-mail différentes, en utilisant le même moyen de paiement. Il ne s’agissait donc pas d’un double prélèvement sur un abonnement unique, mais de deux abonnements actifs sur deux comptes séparés. Le second abonnement a depuis été annulé.

Nous comprenons néanmoins parfaitement pourquoi cette situation a été perçue comme un double prélèvement, surtout si vous ne vous souveniez plus de l’adresse e-mail utilisée pour le premier compte. Notre support aurait également dû identifier et expliquer la situation plus rapidement.

Ce cas montre que nous devons renforcer nos contrôles afin d’alerter les utilisateurs lorsqu’un abonnement similaire semble déjà actif sur un autre compte. Nous travaillons à améliorer ce processus.

Nous restons disponibles pour finaliser la vérification des deux comptes et résoudre toute question de facturation restante.

Hi Swarup, - we understand why the wording and signup experience caused confusion.

The seven-day trial is intended to be a separate trial activation, not a seven-day cancellation or refund period after purchasing a paid subscription. In this case, the CME Bundle was purchased directly, so the charge related to the paid subscription rather than a trial.

However, the pricing-page statement that “all plans include a 7-day free trial” should have made that distinction much clearer, particularly if no trial option was visible during signup. We are reviewing both the wording and the checkout flow to prevent similar misunderstandings.

The support response you received was also below our standard. It was abrupt, unhelpful and did not properly explain the difference between the trial and paid-subscription flows. We apologize for that.

We’re glad GoCharting is working well for your Mac-based orderflow workflow. One of the reasons we built GoCharting as a browser-native platform was to give traders access to professional orderflow tools without being tied to Windows-only desktop software.

It is also good to hear that the CME futures trial access, Tradovate real-time data workflow, customization options, support experience and replay function are all adding value. Replay is an important part of structured market review, so feedback on that workflow is especially useful.

Seconds and 1-minute candles should behave clearly and consistently, so if the chart was not updating as expected, we need to review the instrument, data feed, timeframe settings and account entitlement attached to your subscription. The support delay is also not the standard we want for a paid user.

Please send your account email, instrument, timeframe, screenshots and ticket reference through Trustpilot or to our support team so we can investigate this properly and give you a specific answer rather than a generic one.

Scripting coverage and symbol availability are both important areas for serious traders, so this is useful to hear. GoCharting supports custom scripting through LIPI, but we know scripting needs to be clear, reliable and well documented for traders who build their own indicators and workflows.

Ticker availability can also depend on exchange coverage, market data agreements and the specific asset class requested. Please send us the tickers and scripting issues you ran into so we can separate coverage gaps from platform issues and route them to the right product team.

When comparing charts across platforms, differences can come from data source, exchange, session settings, candle construction, timezone, extended hours and aggregation method. A 2-minute chart should still be internally consistent, so we would like to review the exact instrument, exchange, session template and timestamp you compared.

We cannot evaluate trading losses publicly, but we can investigate the charting/data issue. Please send screenshots from both platforms, the instrument, date/time, timeframe and data feed used so our team can review the discrepancy in detail.

We appreciate the positive comments on the web platform, Mac experience and footprint tools, but the support experience you described is not acceptable for a premium user. Orderflow tools depend heavily on data quality, entitlement, rendering performance and correct footprint settings, so when candles, colors or statistics do not update cleanly, we need to investigate the setup carefully.

The Level II / data-entitlement explanation also should have been clearer. Please send your account email, instrument, exchange, screenshots and any previous ticket reference so we can review both the support handling and the footprint performance issue properly.

Execution issues need to be reviewed carefully because they can involve several layers: broker connection, exchange routing, network conditions, order type, platform responsiveness and local browser/device performance. That said, the trading interface must remain responsive, especially for active futures traders, so your report is important.

We cannot assess trade outcomes or losses in a public review, but we can investigate the technical record. Please send your account email, broker, instrument, order timestamps, order IDs if available, browser/device details and screenshots so our team can review what happened.

Sentimos que la experiencia no haya sido suficientemente fluida. La velocidad de carga de gráficos, la estabilidad del navegador y el comportamiento de indicadores como las medias móviles son aspectos importantes para que el análisis sea cómodo y fiable.

GoCharting ofrece herramientas avanzadas de análisis, incluyendo orderflow y estructura de mercado, pero eso no sirve de mucho si el flujo de trabajo se vuelve incómodo. Si puedes enviarnos el instrumento, intervalo temporal, navegador, sistema operativo y un ejemplo del problema con las medias móviles, podremos revisarlo con más precisión.
