Hi Rony - sorry for the poor experience.
Real-time data delays need to be reviewed carefully because they can involve the instrument, exchange feed, entitlement, browser performance, network conditions and session settings. That said, if real-time data feels delayed during live market analysis, we need to investigate it properly.
The lack of chat availability at the point you needed help is also not the standard we want. Please send us your account email, instrument, exchange, approximate timestamps, browser/device details and any screenshots so we can review the data-lag issue against the actual setup.
Perchè linkarmi un piano che ancora non esiste da nessuna parte se non nella mente del supporto?
Il mio scopo era di acquistare questa piattaforma per utilizzare l'analisi orderflow per mercati futures come 6E e l'e-mini del nasdaq, bene sono rimasto abbastanza deluso per questi motivi.
Se vai al grafico di uno di questi mercati ti apparirà una notifica dicendo che il mercato è bloccato ed un link che ti porta alla sezione pricing.
Il problema è che non esiste ancora il piano che ti interessa ovvero hanno creato un link che ti porta a comprare un piano che ancora non è presente nella sezione pricing, quindi stupidamente ho comprato un piano sbagliato, ovviamente l'assistenza mi ha dato buca dopo pochi messaggi.
La semplice soluzione a questo problema sarebbe stata quella di inserire un messaggio simile "Guardi il piano dati per questo mercato ancora non è disponibile" invece di portarmi ad un piano che ancora non esiste e che ne scopri l'esistenza tramite il supporto.
Quindi si recensione molto negativa state attenti al piano che comprate se lo volete comprare, consiglio la ninja trader.

Ciao - ci dispiace per la confusione e per l’esperienza negativa.
Il messaggio relativo a un mercato bloccato deve portare a una spiegazione chiara: quale mercato è interessato, quale data entitlement è necessario e se il piano dati è effettivamente disponibile. Se il link rimanda a una sezione pricing che non mostra il piano corretto, l’esperienza diventa comprensibilmente frustrante.
Hai ragione anche sul punto del supporto: in un caso come questo sarebbe stato meglio spiegare direttamente che il piano dati per quel mercato non era ancora disponibile, invece di rimandarti a una pagina poco chiara.
Grazie per averlo segnalato. È un feedback specifico e utile per migliorare sia il flusso pricing sia la comunicazione sui dati di mercato.

Has potential but not there yet
I liked the look of this website, but sadly I found a terrible flaw just as I was getting into it. If you add trend lines, and then change the time interval the lines do not track the chart. So if you go from 1D to 4H they end up somewhere else, and when you put it back where it was before they don't even go back to where they were before.
The other problem is that the same chart from TV comes out looking different. So the trend lines for BTC/USDT for TV look like the price has just hit the downtrend line, but on GC it appears that this has not happened.
This is a shame as you get more for your money than with trading view.

Trend lines should remain useful when moving between time intervals, so your point on drawing behavior across 1D, 4H and back again is valid. That type of workflow matters because traders rely on drawings to preserve structure across multiple timeframes.
On chart differences between platforms, there can be several causes: data source, exchange, session settings, candle construction, timezone, symbol mapping and aggregation method. That said, if BTCUSDT appears materially different from another platform, we would want to review the exact symbol, exchange/feed, timeframe and screenshots side by side.
Please send those details to support so the team can separate a chart configuration issue from a platform or data issue. We appreciate the balanced feedback — especially the point that the platform has strong value but needs better consistency in this workflow.
