Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. That is really unfortunate! We don't know until the hour before we go live if we will be able to run a promotion due to the constant change around price currently due to the conflict in the Middle East. That said there will be future opportunities and we greatly appreciate you choosing Goff and we look forward to delivering to you again in the future.

Not a great ordering experience.
I got a quote for oil on 2 consecutive days in August and then a day later you sent me an e-mail advertising a Bank Holiday Sale. When I got the quote it was more expensive than the day before. Not really a sale then. On August Bank Holiday Monday I decided to order the oil and sat in a queue starting at number 20. It gradually went down to number 11 and I waited and waited with no luck !! Turns out the phones hadn't been put over to say you weren't eve open!! Not great. I now know it says you are not open bank holidays on tour website but as there seemed to be this queue I just automatically thought with the oil situation as it is you would be taking orders. I eventually ordered online which meant I could not use the money in my account. Never mind that will come in for next time.

Hi Andrew, I am sorry to see you are unhappy with your experience. We had an issue with our phone lines on Bank Holiday Monday and can only apologise for this situation as we were only aware of it when we came back in the following day.

Despite the fact that I ordered 2000L you contacted me to say you would refund my payment because we only needed 200 + very quickly. I think our neighbours delivery must have been put in our tank before you delivered because the gauge had said we were low and now it is full PJS
