As a first time customer, he welcomed me first & foremost making sure l was comfortable to move on with the policy
His people skills were paramount pausing to stop, making sure he hadn’t left me behind as he talked me through all what l needed to know
It was clear yet very simple, maybe having no major health issues helped
I am now all signed up, happy to know l can leave my children a little something when it’s my time to pass through the golden gates

Excellent life insurance, the person who rang me was
considerate, friendly, professional, explained the whole policy clearly, was happy and patient with me when I asked him to repeat a question or explain and gave me realistic payment options.
I will be recommending this insurance to everyone I know, it is not going to expire until I die. Very happy.
