Great service. I wanted a pair of boots for my unusual feet and Rosie was excellent. I tried a lot of pairs and she cheerfully fetched and carried boots for me. Actually as always at Go Outdoors.

Tom was a great help while I was choosing a camping heater. He was keen to show me where the heaters for sale were and was kind enough to help me chose the best fit for purpose. 10/10 customer service

Successful visit to the Banbury store
Successful visit to the Banbury store to select a down jacket for insulation under a waterproof for a January visit to Snowdonia. Olivia was most helpful with advice to finally choose a Rab Microlight Alpine which was warm but too warm for the conditions, 3C to 5C in wind and rain.

Great shopping experience
We were served by Jess, very friendly, helpful and made the experience great. We wandered in to have a look at the sale clothing plus fishing stuff.
Glad to see they are starting to stock other fishing brands apart from Westlake too
