Visited the store today to pick up some gear for my son’s Duke of Edinburgh trip. A huge shout out to Ross, who was extremely helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Great store and excellent staff!

A very big ‘thank you’ to Alan who was a great help today when I needed a bit of guidance with choosing new hiking shoes. He was patient, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed or that he was pushing a sale. Great customer service! 😃 He then helped my partner and we both left with new footwear and very happy.
The lady on the till was also helpful and polite, but I’m afraid I didn’t get her name.
All in all a perfect shopping trip! 😃

Very useful advice from David C. Helped me decide on the right walking boots, and gave me some good pointers on other gear too.

Spoke to Ross, who was able to give me advice on roof bars for my car, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also let me get on with browsing throughout the store and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. Was again helpful when I told him I was going to buy roof bars he confirmed that they would fit my car.

May was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I had ordered a pair of walking boots online from Go outdoors,
When they arrived they were the wrong size.
On the return slip it said I could return directly to my nearest store in Clydebank .
I was directed to one of the assistants Ross.
He was extremely helpful and took me through a variety of boots which would be better suited for the walking I was about to do.
I came away with a great set of boots and want to thank Ross personally for his proffesional help.

I went into the store with a large shopping list (over 30 items) to get for my Duke of Edinburgh group. When I was looking around one of your colleagues Alan asked if he could help and I explain I was looking for a lot of items, he had a look at my list and immediately offered to help. He came around the store showing me where each item was, asked what sizes I was looking for and put it in my trolley. What would have taken me an hour I managed to do in less than 20 minutes thanks to Alan’s help and his excellent knowledge of products and the store. Alan was a fantastic example of 10/10 customer service and a definite reason to go back to Clydebank. Thanks Alan :)

Was looking for a new style of casual walking shoes. Good choice available and Alan was very helpful answering questions about the products and helping me make my choice.

Ross went above and beyond for me. Ended up calling another store to see if they had my size....luckily they did!!

I'd like to thank Ross and May for their great service today, I visited the store with an enquiry about a purchase and they both helped me and make me feel very comfortable, very well managed store with lots of positive aspects , it's a bit far from my house but I prefer to travel as I know the staff here are so helpful

Fantastic experience. Reasonable prices and plenty of choice. In particular Ross was extremely helpful when helping with Duke of Edinburgh kit for my son. He recommended a sleeping bag which wasn’t on the recommended list but my son came back saying he was the only one out of the 8 in the group who was warm and cozy. It’s great to have staff who have that kind of level of expertise! Thanks Ross!

Very lovely staff (especially Ross) and they were extremely helpful. Go Outdoors has every thing you could possibly need and is the place to go when you need to shop for DofE.

Walking shoes proved too tight after wearing for few days in my home. Returned shoes to Clydebank store. Friendly and helpful staff. On this occasion, couldn’t find suitable alternative shoes. Full refund given without fuss.

Susan was really helpful! I bought a product that can’t be returned for safety reasons so she made sure I was happy with the purchase. Love this shop!!
