Although my preferred choice was not available in my size, Amy was patient and knowledgeable. She was able to find a suitable alternative amongst the sale items, which also saved me a few pounds.

I had been looking for a pair of suitable walking shoes/trainers that I liked for several weeks without any success. I visited the Dorchester branch on 27 May and received excellent service from Heidi and purchased a pair of Merrell’s.

Great customer service
We visited your Dorchester store yesterday, on 27/05/26. The shop is well stocked, tidy, and items are easy to find. We were welcomed and assisted by Heidi. I have noticed of recent that many high street shops lack the customer service they once had, but Heidi was very helpful, cheerful, and attentive. She had a wonderful sense of humour and a genuine desire to assist us. She truly is a valuable asset to your store.
