GO Outdoors - Horsham (Express) Reviews 

I found I was able to find & try on the coat I wanted without any problems followed by good service at payment.
I don,t like being greeted by someone as soon as I walk in the door as I feel that if I needed help I would ask.

Rowan provided excellent customer service in helping me choose the right walking shoe. He was patient, cheerful and courteous.

Good deals, lots of useful clothing and other goods, I always want to visit the store when out shopping.

As ever, good customer service alongside a pretty good range of products. Having purchased two pairs of walking boots a few years ago when the shop was Blacks, we were pleased to see some staff have remained. Ben sold us two more pairs of walking boots, and then I returned to purchase a Rab Jacket. The members scheme with its healthy discount is worth the £5 a year. Much bigger store now, with competitive prices.

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will definitely be going back for all our ‘outdoor’ essentials.

Good service and quick. Wanted some cross trainers and sales assistant on the case quickly. Came away with what I was looking for..

Wow, what a fabulous place. Went in to have a look at lightweight walking shoes, to be met by Nick. He spent ages with me, discussing different shoes, soles, weight etc. So so knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all. Was not in a position to purchase then, as meeting parents. However went back later with them, as dad wanted a few bits, and due to the amazing service I received from Nick, I said we should go to Go Oudoors. He ended up buying a fabulous waterproof coat, as well as a fleece. And signed up to their member club , as well as getting discount for being national trust member (all of which Nick had told me about). He was so happy with his purchases , and I will definitely be going back again, once I am ready to buy my shoes. Nick deserves to be praised for such incredible customer service, and spending so much time and attention to customers without pressuring them. 😀

My first visit to Go Outdoors was on 1st October ‘24 to buy new walking shoes. Georgia was a brilliant help and quickly found just the right shoes to fit my skinny feet…at a very competitive price!

Having received a members money off voucher, I returned to the store today to buy a new waterproof coat.

Again I had first class service this time from Sarah who found just the right coat to replace my old faithful!

The staff at this branch are super helpful with customer satisfaction their priority. Thank you girls!

Customer service, staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Super helpful too, I’d lost my membership card but they issued me a new one and everything was brilliant. I also love how dog friendly the shop is too, sounds daft but it’s an important factor for me

Lady Assistant was really helpful and went the extra mile. We thought you did not have my coat size, but she found one and pop out of the shop to catch us before we left to let us know. We were very happy and went ahead with the purchase
