Staff were helpful when I had a problem registering my new loyalty card. I was also happy with the speed of click and collect when the item I wanted wasn't in my local store.

Wrong size trainers sent
I ordered some Altra trainers off the website on in size 42 to collect from my local store, date when they were supposed to be there came and went but no email to say they were ready to collect, not showing on tracking, phoned up to be told they were there after all. Went to the shop to find they’d sent a size 4 instead. Staff in shop were very apologetic and confirmed that the wrong size had been sent. I also had to pay for membership and was told a card would arrive which has never turned up. I usually like Go Outdoors but this is the first time I’ve ordered from them, not a good experience.

Great service & a good range of stock
We visited the store this week, and were looking for walking shoes & a rucksack. We were served by Sam, who was helpful & professional. We found the items we were looking for. It's a well stocked store, considering it's size. The staff were very patient & kind to my dog, who got bored during our visit.

Not happy with the pricing in your store, lulls you in to thinking about item is £4 or 2 for 1, get to the checkout and it's double, it's only that price for members, which I hasten to add, you have to pay £5 for the privelidge, very misleading and for those that say it's on the ticket, it's in tiny writing and on a shelf that I had to stand on tip toes to reach, so could see that, won't be returning.

Excellent Service
My partner and I went into the store to purchase some new walking boots. The sales assistant Evie was super helpful, getting out about 10 different styles and sizes for us to try out. Nothing was too much trouble, she was super helpful and knowledgable and made a real effort to get us exactly what we needed.

Great service from everyone at the store.
We were on holidays and visited Scarborough for the day. I was looking for some new walking boots and we came across GO. We’ve been members before and visited the Cardiff branch before it closed. I must say David who served us was great and so was all of the other staff at the store. We were allowed to leave our purchases behind the counter as we didn’t want to carry the large bag around with us whilst we walked around sightseeing. Great service.
