We went in store to spend a gift voucher we'd had for Christmas and managed to find everything we wanted, in stock and within budget. Tom served us at the till and he was such a nice lad, polite, happy and chatted away to us. At one point he got stuck trying to open a security tag and his colleague Jo came along to help and sorted it straight away - teamwork!! Staff and store make Stoke Go outdoors the best experience !!

Tom served us today after purchasing some fishing equipment and he was very polite and smiley throughout our experience. His customer service was faultless. Thanks, Tom. We also received help and guidance upstairs while searching for accessories and again, great service.

Visited store again today. Had great advice from Imogen on rucksacks for my daughter. Really knowledgeable and friendly and took time with my daughter. Brilliant experience. Some fab young staff in store.

We had bought a new tent a few days ago! Unfortunately there was a problem with one broken piece of the tent. I explained to Katie on the Door who was very welcoming. She arranged for Joel from the tent department who cheerfully met us at the top of the stairs, gave us a replacement part and good advice. On the way back down we were again impressed by Katie who was diplomatically dealing with one of the hang around characters who was loudly objecting to being asked to leave the premises! After seeing her doing a security guard’s job, we left after spending a little more money in your store!

festival park branch there works a lady in shoe department called Theresa.I’ve bought many shoes off this lady and can honestly say she is extemporary in her job.I hope she is treated and rewarded well for her outstanding customer service
