GO Outdoors - Worcester (Express) Reviews 

Solace offered to help me as soon as I walked into the store, and was quick and efficient at getting me the sizes I required in walking boots I wanted to try on. Solace advised me that I could purchase any boots with a 28 day return window, if I wanted to try them at home which was helpful.
When I asked for another opinion about how the boots fitted, Shirley was amazingly helpful, and experienced enough to check how I walked in them and where my toe reached; she was also extremely knowledgeable about the whole subject of walking boots which was so helpful!

Both staff made me feel that the most important thing to them was that I found something most suitable for me, rather than any pressure to buy there and then.

Due to my experience, I would return in the future to the Worcester store.

Went to the Worcester store to purchase some trousers. Great customer service from Shirley. She advised that I try them on and went through various other options. I must admit Shirley is extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. I now have membership for all my future purchases. I will definately be shopping in the Worcester (2592) store in future.

My husband came in to buy footwear and Shirley at Worcester branch 2592 was excellent. Helpful, friendly and also helped him to save money, by signing him up to the go outdoors loyalty card. £5 for the year but saved him £25 on the product. I decided to buy a baseball cap and saved £10.

In the last two weeks, I have visited this store on two occasions. The first time was to make an enquiry which, although fruitless, was dealt with in a kind and informative manner by the duty assistant. Today, I had the good fortune to be assisted by a patient lady who ably assisted my search for new walking boots. No effort was spared and her customer service, provided to me, was exemplary.

As soon as I went through the doors at The Shambles, Worcester shop at least 3 staff said hello! A good acknowledgment. I bought what I needed and was served by SHIRLEY @ Worcs 2592. She was very helpful and told me about the benefits of having a discount card. I took one out and saved myself £35.00 on my purchase. Good to see good staff are still around.
