The service provided exceeded my expectations. Sudipa and Maryann were very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They transformed my descriptions into a coherent story that conveys my career accomplishments. I received multiple interviews and job offers within a few weeks, far sooner than I expected. I highly recommend About Jobs.

This is my second time to work with About Jobs. As I was graduating graduate school, I worked with Don Goodman to deliver a cohesive resume package to start my career. As a result, my career started with a Fortune 300 and has progressed to working with the four biggest professional services networks in the world. Fast forward 12 years later, I'm looking to "refresh" my skill sets to align with the repositioning of my career goals. Alana Goodman and Maryann Riggs were able to reevaluate 20+ years of experience to deliver a cohesively focused resume package. I cannot emphasize enough the time and attention to detail provided on a 1 on 1 basis. In a competitive market of professional resume writing services, About Jobs is head and shoulders above the rest.

Excellent customer service, very experienced writers, and amazing culture. I really enjoyed working with About Jobs and would use them again, no question.

An excellent co. to help executives like myself prepare a plan and take on the next step in their career. Both Alana and Maryann have done a terrific job and I would highly recommend them!

The staff will work with you to get you an excellent resume and package.

They are very good. I would recommend.

I was working with Chelsea on a new resume for my music education career. I was willing to try and a new approach and I was a little nervous as this was my first time hiring someone to create a resume for me. Chelsea was very reassuring and comforting. The most important part of our interactions was that she listened to my concerns and she was willing to be flexible with the things I wanted to highlight in my document. I didn't feel like just another part of a congested pipeline because she was willing to work with my timing and reschedule when I needed more time to return information. I appreciate the work she put into my document

They are amazing and took all my experiences and created an informative and compelling resume.

My resume was expertly done! I loved the format and the details were spot on. The team was very responsive to my requests. I appreciate the fast turn around time. I will recommend to everyone.

Unless you are a professional resume writer, you need to work with About Jobs. They make the process as easy as possible for you and craft a stellar resume from their questionnaire. I have used them twice in the last 8 years and was blown away by how their resumes stand out from others I have seen (including as a hiring manager). They are fantastic and you will not be disappointed!

Alana is so on target with the whole process from the beginning to the end and I will recommend this service to everyone.

I'm so pleased with the quality and results of my resume package! I've gotten three interviews so far using my new resume and it's only been two days. Having never used a resume service before, I wasn't sure what to expect and now that I've seen the results, my only regret is that I didn't call on the help of Alanna and Paula sooner.

Maryann Riggs was an incredible help to me. She worked really hard to help me define who I was as a professional, building more confidence in my job search. I am grateful to have worked with someone who truly cares.

I have used this company in the past, then went to seek other “less expensive” options, let me assure you, this is the absolute HANDS DOWN best choice! I particularly like the “telephone conversation” and have noticed that makes difference. I first used this company in 2011 then a second time in 2019, and while there has been a shift in CEO/management, the quality has not been compromised. I irked with Paula and she was wonderful.

Working with About Jobs was a fantastic, professional experience from the beginning. Alana and Maryann took the time to get to know me, and the results I desired, then formulated a plan to help me get them. Working with them instilled in me the confidence that I needed to take the next step in my career. I would refer them to anyone seeking to improve their current career, or make a change to something new.

About Jobs came highly recommended by an industry peer, and for good reason. From the initial sales call through the completion of my final package, the crew was excellent at listening and responding to my needs & challenges (AND very timely, the process was very fast). The questionnaire provided in the preparation phase was extremely beneficial to me, not just for providing resume content, but also in clarifying where I came from, what I have to offer and what position I desire.

Excellent service. Got my resume package quickly. Highly recommended

Great follow-up and attention to detail.

I had an out of the box resume modification and I was paired with an excellent writer with lots of experience and after the questionnaire and telephone interview, the writer knew me well enough to write a very strong resume that was really excellent.
This is my second time using them and I would go back again in the future (although I hope that will not be necessary).
