GQTobaccos.com Reviews

They sell at 95% tobacco stuff, they allow you to order it from another country, after some minutes they refund you stating they "can't sell tobacco outside of the UK".

I haven't lost anything obviously, just a bit of my time, but why allowing people to order it then? Just reject orders from outside of the UK if you can't sell outside of the UK.

From a very happy, long term customer.

Excellent company all round. Always deliver on time and without complications. I struggled to pay online with my latest order but it was soon fixed after a quick phone call and my product was dispatched immediately and delivered the next day.
Wish all online businesses were like this one.

5 star all the way. Ordered on a Sunday, delivered on Tuesday morning. Great comms and well packed.

Great customer service and very fast delivery - can't rate this company high enough!

Ordered several times from this website. The cigars always arrive promptly and are well packaged.
Prices are highly competitive too.

Great Customer service and will buy again from here!

My first purchase was a little rocky with some items missing from the delivery, however this was quickly resolved and sorted by Sam B! thank you!

2nd order placed i was informed some products of my order were out of stock. Unfortunately i cant remember the name of the woman who called but she gave some great advice on alternatives to complete the order.

one recommendation i would give for the site would be, when selecting the option to look at "cigars under £xx" the filtering isnt as indepth as the rest of the site. and maybe an option to see Boxed cigar sets.

After making my 3rd order I just have to say what an outstanding business GQ Tobacco is. They have a very comprehensive range of products for all tastes and they despatch same day and all my parcels have been well packed and have arrived in perfect condition, including cigars. Their prices are lower than other retailers I've used for the same products and they have friendly, helpful customer service. It's always a pleasure ordering from them. Thank you and keep doing what you do as it's perfect.

Used a few times over the years, this is the best place to buy cigars, all pricematched or cheaper than the competetors and the site design is great

Last order got upgraded postage to tracked24 and got 8 extra boveda packs : ] very sturdy packaging too

Now this is my general review about GQ tobacco. After doing all tobacco shop in the UK for 6 years , GQtobacco is just simply the best shop I could find online with the best tobacco products. The owner is a true and kind gentleman being all the time honest and very helpful. The only one .

Thank you again Sam

I'm generally not one to write reviews, although this company warrants the effort.

I have ordered cigars through GQ Tobaccos a number of times over the past couple of years, and took delivery of my most recent order today.
Deliveries are always received 24 hours after dispatch, very well packaged and humidity controlled.
Their product range and pricing is superb. Highly recommended

Always good: prompt delivery.
Had about 9 orders in past year, no problems at all.
Recommended.

I was running really low on vape liquid and left it last minute to order so I looked on a few sites and this was the only one that had the amount of stock I wanted (40 bottles), so I called and they answered very quickly to make sure they would send quick and a very helpful lady checked, made sure they had it in available to send and as soon as I ordered it was sent out and with me the next day, i don’t normally write reviews but I do normally read them but I thought I would as there’s not that many on here for this website.

Ive only recently discovered this company. Had to find them on here to express how impressed ive been with the two orders ive placed so far. The communication is excellent. And the speed of dispatch is brilliant. Stock levels seem pretty good. So i will definitely be back for future pipe requirements. You would expect a premium service to cost more but the prices are quite competitive.

Ordered cigars on the 30/10/25. Today is the 4/11/25 and no sign of my order. Order status is in 'awaiting shipment ' for the last 5 days. Sent message re the hold up and as of yet no reply. Seriously frustrated with this company. In comparison I ordered from MSS on same day and it arrived 3 days later. I will not be using GQ again and cancelling my account with them. Poor show !

Ordered a few cigars from this company.
Straightforward and easy experience from start to finish. Arrival was very prompt and kept updated through email.
Good prices compared to other sites, Good quality cigars.
Will be ordering more cigars through this company
