GQTobaccos.com Reviews

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but my experiences with GQ warrants one. I've ordered pipe tobacco and several pipes from them over the last few months, and without fail they've been packed, dispatched and delivered next working day. They have a fantastic selection of loose and tinned tobacco and a great range of pipes (I'm rapidly adding to my collection of Missouri Meerschaum corn cobs) 10/10, a fantastic service that really stands out against so many mediocre online buying experiences these days.

Just got my order everything was excellent

Best prices!! Great selection & exceptional customer service what more could you ask for!

After my methodical research, I opted to use GQ Tobaccos for my first ever online order. I was expecting a good service but nothing like this.
No issues with the items chosen, a fit for purpose packaging protecting the cigars and with humidity control in place. This is a high quality service and with the best prices in the UK. Great selection of sticks as well. Will definitely order again.

If you’re searching for a premium online cigar experience, look no further. GQ Tobaccos is outstanding in every possible way from product selection to customer service, packaging, and delivery.

In short, GQ Tobaccos sets the standard for excellence in the online cigar marketplace trustworthy, well-curated, and run by people who truly care. I’ll be a returning customer for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended!

Great company, quick dispatch, no complaints at all, will be ordering again

This is the second order with this company and all I can say is, cheapest prices, quick delivery, great products and great communication. They will continue to be my go to tobacconist.

Excellent shop with great customer service from Sam. Was able to get my order changed over the phone, constant updates via email, etc. Earnestly recommended.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service excellent tobacconist to buy from.👌

My 3rd order from GQ, one of my boxes had a stick missing, Sam sent out another box immediately, and I’m very happy with the resolution. My orders have all been sent tracked 24h service and arrived the next day so far, this is probably positive action taken as some reviews have claimed there was no support for an order that did not arrive. GQ have been excellent on price point and service, and I look forward to my next order.

My go to place. Best prices by far, free delivery over £75 and fast delivery too

I have ordered several times from this company and the service has been faultless and super efficient. Their prices are very competitive, in fact the best I can find. In some cases the product has arrived the next day after placing my order. Their range of products is more extensive than all the competitors I have looked at. I have never had a bad experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

Very quick despatch and delivery... I am brand new to Pipes and Tobacco and this is the fastest delivery so far

Will use again

Have made numerous purchases from this company over the years and find their service to be first class. Slight problem with the last order being out of stock but a phone call from Sam with an apology and a swift resolution was immediately offered. Always great communication and super fast delivery. If only all companies operated like this.

I have been a customer of GQ for many years and they have always provided the best of service, quality and price. However, this week they managed to suprise me with the best service and customer care that I have ever received from any company. I had an issue with a Savinelli pipe that I purchased in November 2023 when a fault became apparent. A quick phone call to the company, followed up with an email containing pics of the pipe was all it took to resolve the issue. Very knowledgeable and efficient Sam, quickly ( and when I say quickly, it was actually, Immediately) sent out a return label and sent me a replacement pipe. As I say, such service is incredible and thoroughly deserving of a top review. Many thanks to all the folks at GQ especially Sam.

Placed my first order with GQ Tobaccos, Really impressed with the service. Placed my order on a Monday and it was at my door the following day. Packaging was good and cigars were in good shape.

My only disappointment (hence 4 stars) was that before I placed the order I spoke to customer service and he said that all orders are shipped with humidification pack in this case it would be Boost humidity, My order was not sent with any Boost humidity. To the team at GQ Tobaccos, if you promise something please try and keep your word.

Very competitive pricing compared to other cigar sites in the UK and shipping was faster than expected. Will be returning soon!

I now buy all my Cuban Cigars from GQ Tobaccos. A great selection at a fair price. Always been great to deal with. Cigars arrive in perfect condition. Will keep using!

Great service, cigars arrived in excellent condition and faster than the estimated delivery time. Cigar selection is excellent and the prices are the best I can find in this country. Will be shopping here from now on.

Great prices.
Fast delivery.
Top shelf cigars.
👍

Great company to deal with. Some of the best prices and always dispatch orders quickly. Spoke to a member of staff on the phone previously and the service was excellent.
