Granite Masters Reviews

Massive thank you to Stuart & the team at Granite Master showroom for helping us choose our quartz for our dream kitchen in our new extension. Ended up choosing calacatta cloud (white). This was installed in our house just over 1 year ago. Fitment organised by Kris & installed by his amazing Team (Ben & Brandon). These two lads are so professional, attention to detail is exquisite, so friendly & polite, full of great after care advice, and cleaned up beautifully once finished. Lads you’re welcome back any time ! Thank You! As you can see: even after 1 full year the worktop & splash back are still gleaming white. It cleans up so effortlessly & still looks amazing. The recommendation to add the same material as a splash back was great & we were not pressured in any way to add this. In fact we initially wanted the thicker more expensive quartz & was advised this would look ok in a country style kitchen but perhaps not in our contemporary style kitchen. We are so glad we listened to your advice & also saved a fortune. Can’t say enough about the service of Granite Masters: 100% fantastic experience. Lads even came back a year later after some tiny settlement issues due to the extension works (not related to work top fitment at all) it made the quartz unit move by the smallest margin (talking 0.5mm or less in movement) the lads Ben & Brandon (via Kris) were back & made the worktop showroom perfect again. Yet again, absolute heroes. This Team take pride in their work….hence the unbelievable & no cost to us, worktop amendment / great customer service / aftercare.

Absolutely fabulous service from Granite Masters in Hillington Glasgow. They were so patient waiting on an appliance that took 10months to be delivered and it was all worth the wait. Our granite worktop, splashbacks, and counters in our two pantries looks amazing. The fitters were polite, professional and so helpful and left a fantastic finish. In addition, GM made us a hearth for our log burner with our remaining granite at no extra cost - absolutely above and beyond! Thanks to the whole team, we would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a quality finish.

I went to another granite company in Hillington as this was a big job and I knew it would be expensive. To get a comparison I went to Granite Masters and Callum came over and was very helpful and very knowledgable. I got a price and they were cheaper which was great so I booked our templating for months ahead as we were having building work. I had to change the date on 3 occasions as we weren't ready for them. It finally got booked in for the first week of the new year and today they got fitted. I cannot fault anything. It was a big job as the island was the super jumbo size but Ben, Brendan and another chap who I didn't get his name were super efficient, quick and very professional. They handled the island worktop very well considering the size along with the worktops and full size back paneling, a utility and a breakfast larder the job looks amazing. Nothing was a problem and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would definetly recommend

I can’t praise Granitemasters highly enough.
A great company to deal with. Everyone was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I worried about buying my quartz worktops from a company other than the one that was supplying my kitchen. I needn’t have. After the template was done my worktops were fitted 3 days later. And I’m delighted with them! After the fit, I asked them to come back and add a bit for me. They did, without question and never charged me any more! The price was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family……..in fact the joiner who fitted my kitchen was so impressed when he saw my end result, he has ordered from Granitemasters for his own new kitchen.

Our builder recommended Granite Masters to replace our existing worktops. The product was excellent and the whole process from planning to fitting was fast, efficient and stress free.
The young men who installed the worktops were wonderful. They took great care of the surrounding areas and were so pleasant and helpful making sure they took any off cuts with them. I would recommend Granite Masters to anyone and particularly Ben, Brandon and Grant.

I CAME TO GRANITE MASTERS FOR A LOOK AT WORKTOPS AND GOT THE AMBER IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT FROM SPEAKING TO CALUM TO THE FITTERS BRYAN AND MARK BRILLIANT SERVICE.

Positive experience from start to finish, everyone we've dealt with - Stuart in the showroom, Stevie doing the templating and Ben, Brandon & Jack doing the fitting - have all been really informative. Turn around time also been really quick and the boys doing the fitting were polite and tidy. Would be happy to recommend Granite Masters.

Great company, very competitive and professional, Libby dealt with our request from start to finish, the installation team were so quick, professional and polite, also took time to tell us how to care for our new worktop which is stunning! Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We could not praise Granite Masters highly enough. Libby and Sophia were so helpful and knowledgeable when choosing and ordering and every workman from joiner, plumber and templater were courteous, professional and incredibly clean and tidy. Special mention for Ben, Jack and Brandon. Would highly recommend.

Libby at the Hillington branch was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service and support from the sales team - Libby & Sophia. Templating guy Steve and installation team were very professional. Overall very impressed from first trip to showroom through to speedy delivery and great quality and competitive pricing

This is the second house we’ve used Granite Masters.
Superb job from start to finish. Removed old worktops, sink and hob. Templated for new worktops, fitted new granite worktops and replumbed sink. John, Liam and the worktop fitters all did an excellent job. Great value for money.

From start to finish Libby assisted me in my selection. Stevie carried out the template of my Kitchen and Brian and Mark fitted it just days later. Couldn't recommend them enough. Smooth, efficient and friendly service. 👌

My friend recommended Granite Masters as I was looking to renew my worktops.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I felt at ease wandering around the showroom.
Callum was very helpful and pleasant. He gave me quotes on a few different options I liked.
As I wasn't quite ready for worktops to be installed, he kept in regular contact. Once I was ready, he arranged for Liam the surveyor to come out and do the template. Liam was very professional and kind. A couple of days later the two installers arrived and did a fantastic job. ( I chose Sahara Waves which I'm really pleased with. It's stunning)
From start to finish it was a great experience. I can't recommend this company enough. Where else can you get good prices, friendly efficient staff and an excellent product. Keep up the good work.

Initially got a quote from Magnet and was delighted to discover Granite Masters had gorgeous quartz at a much better price point. Calum the sore manager at Hillington was very helpful and suggested waterfall effect so the quartz wrsps around the side of the island. This really gives the wow factor. I added on an extra cabinet to the design at the last minute and Calum ensured the template date got pushed back and quartz length increased without any hassle. I decided on tuscan gold with a stunning gold vein which is beautiful against my gold tap and handles. I've renovated a few kitchens and would never go anywhere else now. Beautiful Granite tops at reasonable prices and good service don't go anywhere else.

From picking the stone(20mm Volakas quartz) to having it fitted, everything went smoothly. Templater arrived on time, and the fitters were out 3 days later, leaving a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with was polite and well mannered and the guys cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommended 👍

Stuart helped us through the whole process from choosing to advise on appliances. Great selection in store and nothing is a problem to order. I don't have anything to really to compare price wise only to say we felt that we got excellent value for Money.

Stuart. patience of saint (thank you)
John ...joiner that they recommend to strip out old work surfaces and level out in preparation for templating , absolutely fantastic bloke , meticulous in every detail and a tidy tradesman. (again thank you)
Stevie ... template surveyor, very knowledgeable and put our mind completely at rest with some niggles we had. (thanks)
Chris ... Factory Manager phoned us to keep us up to date with our order and date of install, much appreciated.
Mark and Brian The installers ... nothing is a bother to these guys , fast ,tidy, obsessive on every detail, full of advice on after care. the banter from these two was better than some of the comedy on TV ( massive thank you guys)

In summary this is a company built on its people first and foremost and it's product a very close second. Please do not have any qualms using these guys you won't regret it.

Superb job, Stuart and his team couldn’t be anymore helpful. From being greeted all the way through to installation, we were so impressed. I could not recommend them enough!

Thank you All 👍

Granite masters fitted our quartz worktops as part of a full kitchen fitting and we are over the moon with the quality and workmanship of this company, it has transformed our kitchen. Nothing was a problem for Brian, very knowledgeable in every aspect of the quartz, including aftercare. He had to return to fix an issue which was down to electrician and it was not a problem. Would not hesitate to recommend.
