I looked all over for this wrought iron garden chair and was finally amazed to find it in stock! It arrived super quick and it looks exactly like the picture. It also looks fabulous in the garden. Just what I wanted.
Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service! I requested a return for a large plant pot the same day I received it and had to keep messaging over two weeks to get a response.The colour was not as it appeared online.After days of prompting,waiting for a constructive reply and return instructions I received a message to say I can return it at my own cost as it looks the same to them.The pot is a lot paler online.The postage is going to be astronomical so I have been left in the lurch; mortified. The actual product and prices were good,the customer service was not!
The 'replies' you refer to were the generic' 'we have received your enquiry' which were responded to days after each time I contacted you.Your site says to return within 7days.Yo waiting for replies surpassed that which was a worry.I was lead to believe things would be sorted.
After almost 2 weeks of hanging on I was told to send it back including P&P.
The customer service that was received,misled me throughout

The bunting arrived in a lovely box with tissue paper and once I opened it thr bunting was far nicer than I had hoped -it was obviously handmade and the attention to detail was wonderful .I will recommend this product with a five star review

Great range of pots and troughs, all received in a timely manner and brilliantly packaged. Recommended.

Great from start to finish. Only reason for 4 stars is there isn’t a cheaper postage option for low value items. Had to pay over £5 for delivery of a £2.99 item. Would have been happy with a second class post option. Outside of this they’re fantastic and reliable.

Very pleased with the product. The table turned up on time but the chairs were sent to the wrong address. when I contacted the company they acted quickly & the chairs turned up 2 days later

Placed an order for delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Working day number 5, not even been dispatched. Call the company to find out why. Told it was "system issues" for two days and there was a notice on the website. Look at the website but there's no notice. "We took it down when the issues were resolved". The issues weren't resolved though were they? If they were resolved I would have my order today!

I don't actually believe there was a notice, I think they will just fob you off. I said I'd come and collect it as I needed it today and asked for my costs in doing so to be refunded, flat no and she hung up on me!

I certainly won't be ordering from this shambles of a company again!

UPDATE: Used Live Chat to ask them to cover the costs of me collecting the order that should have arrived today and their response was to TURN OFF LIVE CHAT - says it all really!

Had access to the car in time to go and collect, got to the address provided and there’s no sign of the company anywhere, just Dobbies and a barriered road for a packing company. Tried calling several times but no answer and then find an email saying my order has been cancelled!

I’m now going to buy replacement fencing from Dobbies if they have it available and will probably end up in court to reclaim the difference in cost as I’m not willing to be without a fence for two weeks due to it being a safety concern.

12/7/21 Update: As suspected, this is now going to court. Be aware that UKSM (this company) will happily send your private communications and contact details to a Mr Roger MacKay, who legally has nothing to do with this company (he claims he chooses to put his shares into family members names - you have to wonder why?!) and is director of APAC Packaging. Mr MacKay will then contact you out of the blue to try to bully you into dropping your claim. Despite asking both UKSM and Mr MacKay why he was given my personal details in breach of data protection, I have yet to receive any indication of the lawful basis or purpose for him being sent everything including my claim form!

I've been accused of being a bully and writing a defamatory review but this review is entirely factual and the bullying is the other way around! IT issues were Sunday, then Monday, notices were on until Wednesday, then Friday. 100% avoid!

Purchased Kings Gothic Bench and it is lovely but arrived damaged. I made contact with Great Gardens On-line immediately and several times afterwards and tried calling. It seems that my requests went to my Spam, but they kept on sending replies that I didn't receive (instead of calling me). We have reached an agreement which I am quite happy with and the bench looks great - just disappointed that the packing meant damage could occur.

Arrived when advised, very pleased, service was first class so is the product, will certainly highly recommend.

I ordered the Park Lane & Classic Finial black (powder-coated) steel railings, to surround a small patio around a pond. The fencing arrived within a couple of days! All in excellent condition, and incredibly easy to fit together as the matching black stakes just pushed down into the soil. It is stable and looks very professional. I'm delighted with this product. Thank you very much.

Shed arrived in great time. Surprisingly easy to put together, sturdy and good quality. Also this was the best price (by approx £30) on line. Highly recommend
