Shockingly Bad AND STILL NOT RESOLVED 2 MONTHS LATER
Ordered a garden heater stand. Felt is was very expensive (£100) and so expected a product of excellent quality. Sadly it arrived with paint scraped off of many parts and in other places the paint was so thin you could see the metal through it. Packaging had rust stains inside, which suggests it had been stored somewhere damp. Sent pictures and asked for a refund. This was refused unless I paid for the return postage. A new one would be sent. One week later no contact, or information as to where the replacement is or how to return the damaged one. Appalling customer service.
TWO MONTHS LATER AND THE SAGA CONTINUES. I was sent a replacement heater stand and once again damaged. After much wrangling UKSM refunded my money. However, I am now storing 2 very large boxes waiting for collection. I then get an email your order will be delivered tomorrow. Oh no not another stand. I phoned left a message. Sent an email. No response to either. No delivery. WHAT IS GOING ON? Can someone call me please?

I'm really sorry about the experience you've had here. I've reviewed your case and being following it through. I can see that a replacement was sent out but this still wasn't up to scratch. This is a product delivered directly from our manufacturer and hence we don't personally QC any of the stock here. We are in talks with them about this particular product as the general quality from the manufacturer is good. I can see that we've now collected the item and that the order has been refunded. I'm sorry you had this trouble
What more could I ask for
I ordered a plant pot which arrived very well packed, in perfect condition, the colour was true to the picture and the price was excellent

Beautiful birds.

Bought 10cm Christmas baubles £2.99 for four in a variety of colours. They are amazing, huge - bigger than my hand. I am absolutely delighted with them. Also bought tinsel which is really fat and luxurious. I will definitely be making more purchases from this company.

Chiminea is excellent
Cast iron chiminea was delivered very quickly, was well packaged and was in excellent condition on arrival. It is exactly as described and was relatively easy to assemble with good instructions and holes that line up perfectly 👍.
