Would thoroughly recommend Greenfingers.Their delivery times are excellent and packaging also excellent.I am so pleased with my recent purchase of two bench cushions in a beautiful hot pink colour.I actually bought them for garden swing,one for seat and one for the back.They fit beautifully and really brighten up the garden.There are ties to hold them in place and are very well padded.I also purchased the scatter cushions which are an exact match in the lovely hot pink.The cushions also are excellent and very well padded.Overall a brilliant transformation to a plain black garden swing.Thank you Greenfingers.

We were very happy with the quality & speed of service & with the product itself. It was as advertised, easy to install & seems to be of a high standard.

I should have read these reviews before ordering as other buyers have had the same issue.

I placed and paid for an order of a pergola on the 25th May. The website stated, and still does, item in stock with delivery in 9 to 11 days

But despite emails requesting information on when to expect delivery, as the telephone line is inactive, no communication has been received.

If nothing heard soon will be trying to cancel the order and will purchase elsewhere.

was wary on ordering on line but with the co19 virus i took a chance. ordered a 2 seater swing and was amazed to find it was delivered in 2 days. nice staff who delivered and helpful. the quality of the seat is excellent and i found it easy too put together (2 mistakes). overall my experience with greenfingers has been great

Order has been placed since 29/05 and they have taken the money. No confirmation of when product will arrive tracking says 1/1/0001 12am? No one responding to emails and no one taking calls - disgusting will never recommened or use again. Such a shame as I work in the Horticultural industry, never have I had such poor service

Great patio table, great service, quality product and could give IKEA lessons in DIY construction.

Great firm to deal with and efficient service. Good prices too.

Really poor customer service.
I ordered a garden table and 6 chairs and a parasol base.
The table arrived with no chairs and no notification of where they were. The table was damaged in transit.
5 chairs then turned up a couple of days later and no word on the 6th chair.
The final chair then arrived a few days later.
All this time I’d been contacting Greenfingers over their contact form and the only response I got was to be told my order had been completed (this was after the 5 chairs had arrived).
The fact that the table was damaged had been completely ignored and after a couple of weeks there is no sign of the parasol base :-(
Their phone lines are closed and so I have no idea if the order will ever be competed.
My advice is to order from elsewhere.

I bought this garden stool as I had managed to break another I had had for years. Also my wife had bought one a year or so ago and was very pleased with it.
The ordering was easy, the delivery was prompt and on schedule. The product is light, sturdy, effective and attractive & I can thoroughly recommend it.

Found the table while looking on the internet. It was 1/2 the price and as equally as good, as the tables for £400.
Easy ordering and despite everything going on, the table arrived a couple of days late. Not a problem.
Nicely packed, so as not to get damaged in transit.
Easy assembly and had it up and running in 20 minutes without extra hands.
I gave mine 3 coats of oil to weather proof it, plus the colours are outstanding.
Sturdy and does exactly what we need.
Good company to deal with and so far, no problem with the goods.
Would use again in the future.

I am thrilled with my new Shorea Balau swing chair. Greenfingers were super quick in helping me when only part of my swing arrived. By the next day I had received everything. The swing is lovely and is a fabulous addition to my garden. Easy to put together and lovely to use. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent service from this company. Top brand garden furniture protective cover came at a very competitive price point and order arrived very quickly. I would certainly use Green fingers again and very happy to recommend them.

Fantastic product. We are using it to hold back pebbles around a pond area and it is fantastic. So much so that I've just ordered the 3 brick product for a raised planting bed. Brilliant use of recycled products, and easy to install. 5 stars

Dreadful customer service!!! Given the current situation I have made allowances for many companies.... but my item arrived with a broken leg. They replied to my email quite quickly and asked for photos, which I provided. Then I had to get in contact 10 days later and they stated they didn’t have them.... which I found extremely hard to believe. I emailed them again with the photos and it’s now been 1month over all and I have had to get in contact with them AGAIN with absolutely no reply!
Sadly I do think they have deliberately stalled this and it’s very irritating having this problem and a broken table hanging over me for this long.

This was my second buy from Greenfingers, and just like my first, was handled expertly and delivered bang on time. The quality of the product was first rate but unlike others, not being a dab hand at flat pack construction, it took me a while to finish building this item. The diagram was a bit sketchy and did not clarify that the left and right arms/legs were different. It would have helped considerably had the individual pieces been marked, or numbered, as the diagram suggested they would be. I note that a number of people claimed to have completed the assembly in under an hour - well it took me a lot longer than that and a lot of hot blue air but the end product is first rate in good quality wood. Another excellent product from a first rate company who I would not hesitate to recommend and buy from again in the future.

No heed to the fact my contract was with Greenfingers disgraceful customer service - not acceptable.
