I bought a garden table from this site. The product was a great price and delivered within days ... even in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic. Very happy with the table and it looks lovely in my garden. Thanks

Placed order and received confirmation email. Just been contacted to say my order has been cancelled as the product is out of stock and hasn’t been updated by their supplier. To my surprise I can still order the product on their website which shows it’s in stock, but is now more expensive 4 hours after receiving the cancellation - needless to say I’ve ordered elsewhere!

I purchased some edging on the 4th May and within a few day we received an email to say item had been dispatched. 2 weeks went by and item had not been received. Sent email as phone lines not working 5 days later got a response to say delays with delivery firm Tuffnells and if didn't arrive in the next few days to get back in touch which I did and no response received to date. Eventually arrived Monday 1st June. Having looked thought the T&C's I now see why we got the email saying despatched as they say they wont take any money until item has been dispatched
Terrible customer service shame though as product is good but would definitely put me off

Green fingers was a godsend. Was struggling to find a table for my garden and this little beauty has done the trick. Thanks to team at green fingers and the quick delivery during lockdown best wishes

Superb product and service.
My order arrived quickly and safely.
Both the saw and cutting attachments are powerful and light.
I can also reach to great heights with the extension bar, I cannot recommend this product more.

Dreadful customer service. Do not use
I ordered over £50 worth of plants over two months ago. Nothing received. Impossible to get a response. !!!! Will take this further.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a companion seat and some cushions for my mums birthday and the seat arrived damaged. Not something that happened in delivery as everything else around it was fine and well wrapped, the item must have been packed broken! I’ve tried emailing and had no response. They are not contactable via phone due to Covid19. Terrible experience - AVOID!

Very reliable company to deal with, have used before. Prices for items I have bought, very well priced- were best price could find. Arrived quickly , compost bin is perfect for what I need able to access easily through top ,to forkcompost over a bit.sturdy bin which was simplicity itself to put together

We purchased recently two sun loungers at different times they were delivered on time, they are just what we needed for our back garden,delivered on time with no problems they are perfect for our needs and would recommend this company to other buyers looking for garden items

Anyone who deals with this company needs their heads examining, no communication whatsoever, no order acknowledgment or delivery information, when I raised a case with Pay Pal asking for a refund, hay presto a fairly obnoxious response lying about emailing me.

they say the item is in stock, yet now give a dispatch date of two weeks, I have started the case so lets see if it actually turns up,

It has nothing to do with Covid, there is something very dishonest about this company, avoid at all costs.

Just so anyone reading this needs any more convincing, they continued to ignore me, fortunately I had paid with PayPal and raised a case, they admitted that they didn’t have the item in stock and could not get it, yet they still did not give me a refund, eventually Pay Pal gave me my money back, they are crooks, avoid at all costs

The seats were very well made. Assembly is straight forward. Using a socket set with an Allen key fitting made it a bit easier. The finished article is solid and far better than anything I’ve had previously. I would definitely buy from this company again. Great value and great service.

I purchased recycled rubber edging flexi curve Roman stone lawn edging and can’t praise it enough. It’s one of the best products I’ve ever purchased, it was so quick and easy to install, and it looks superb. I was very happy with communication from Greenfingers and with dispatch and delivery.

Very good service. Competitive pricing and delivery was quick. Would use again if future.

Since posting the initial 1 star review they have contacted me and refunded me in full. It's a shame as I really just wanted the chair not my money back but it's a satisfactory end to the matter and 3 stars is fair for my experience.

Initial review - First of all I had no intention of posting a bad review and given the current situation and the stresses we, and business are under i was hoping to resolve privately with Greenfingers. However I have been trying to resolve these matters now for nearly a month and am no nearer a conclusion. They have also prompted me twice to leave a review of my item (That has not yet arrived) so given my frustration will give my current feedback.

Initial order was placed on the 9th May having read online they were back to some degree of operation. I got a message to say it had been shipped on the 12th May however it did not arrive. I put an email enquiry in about 2 weeks later just asking if there was any issues and heard back a few days after saying they would chase the supplier (Frustrating they have closed their call centre, but given the circumstances understandable). A few more days later they came back to say that the item was delivered on the 15th and to enjoy. I replied right back last Friday stating it had not been delivered offering my phone number to sort this out and am still waiting on a reply. 

I am so desperate for the sun lounger which I bought to surprise my wife with that I have ordered another one through them in the hope this one will turn up! 

I am getting quite stressed about this and would like it to be resolved. I just want the sun lounger I paid for to be delivered and will be sad to not get one having waited a month! I am more than happy to amend a review once it has been resolved to satisfaction to reflect the updated situation.

Like another reviewer below, I ordered a garden table and chairs set but only the chairs arrived and one of them was badly damaged. They don't respond at all to emails (I am happy to make some allowance for the current coronavirus crisis but they really shouldn't be trading if they won't respond to customers!) and only phoned me when I initiated a PayPal dispute. They promised me a replacement table which didn't arrive when they said it would but it did eventually turn up. But no contact at all about the damaged chair. I would avoid this company, at least until things are back to normal but even with that caveat, it doesn't excuse a complete lack of response to emails.

Good, sturdy product. Does as it says it does. Easy to install & I like the fact it is made from recycled tyres.
Great value for money.

Very impressed with the speed in which my order was processed - the Chengdu planters (black with copper) are very strong and very attractive at a very reasonable price. I would order from Greenfingers again.

I purchased some recycled rubber garden edging and stepping stones from Greenfingers recently. The price for the items was cheaper than any other site and the delivery was extremely fast. I had expected to have to wait a while due to the current coronavirus situation, but they were very efficient.
I’m very happy with the products purchased and with the excellent customer service provided by this company. Highly recommend!

This is great for the garden. It looks fab and very easy to do. Ours was done in less than than 10mins and will be long lasting. Well recommend it.
