Excellent service from the start to finish - despite my many, many questions. Replacement of badly-designed battery system by other contractors and upgrading to 3-phase (as it should have initially been by the other supplier) went smoothly. Outstanding - and no wonder a Which? Recommended supplier.

The whole process has been a very positive experience. From our first contact via the website, Mike’s visit to advise, explain and answer all our questions, David leading the installation with further explanations, and many contacts with customer care, we have found everyone very helpful, friendly, courteous, efficient, responsive and patient (for us it was a whole new learning experience). We would thoroughly recommend GreenFox.

Steven & his apprentice were amazing . They were very professional,turned up when he said he would be there on time in a branded van & branded uniform. They just got on with the job. They were polite & courteous, very knowledgeable & took the time to help me understand the technical issues I had.

GreenFox were tremendous at all stages of purchasing my recently-installed Solar panels and battery system: Friendly and informative first visit (with no hard sell); answered my various questions once I received the quote; and superbly efficient installation and commissioning which only took one day and had far less disruption than I envisaged. Result - a very happy customer!

From an initial email inquiry to a home visit to get a quote, then the installation and the additional tasks which Greenfox carried out such as contacting my electricity supplier, then after sales service, all staff have been very polite, knowledgeable, courteous and are still being helpful. Green Fox Energy recently installed solar panels and battery storage at my home and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering installing solar. Their customer service is outstanding. The team answer the phone, or return calls quickly if in meetings, reply promptly to emails, keep you fully informed at every stage and take time to answer queries and fully explain how the system works both pre and post installation. Installation was due to take 2 days but the installation team worked late and completed the whole job in 1 day. Thank you to the whole team for making the process so easy for me.

Impressive service. Price was competitive despite being a more complex planned installation than quoted by others which were offering a slightly compromised system to cut installation costs. Communication was excellent throughout and installation was completed quickly by professional and friendly staff. One slight issue with sub contractors not coming back to remove scaffolding was resolved very quickly after being highlighted to Greenfox. Think the sub contractors had let them down but was impressed how quick was sorted.

Fast, efficient install of panels, battery, inverter and gateway in less than a day. The team were mindful of my preferences and kept me in the loop re routing of cables etc. clean and tidy job, no mess. They talked me through the use of the app and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. Not drawn a single watt from the grid in the past two weeks.

We went to greenfox for a new solar system for our house. The service was really great! Stevie from Greenfox explained it all clearly to us and designed a couple of solar panel and battery options for us. We went with a Tesla system in the end. Greenfox then organise all the necessary steps making the whole thing feel a breeze. Installation came around really quickly and was completed within just two days! Everyone on the installation team was really friendly and helpful. I’m really glad we went with greenfox. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new solar install. Thanks Greenfox!

Can not find enough words of praise for the install team at Greenfox. What is a big day for the client given the planning, deciding and the cost of the install day itself was stress less thanks to the Greenfox team. Would definately recommend them to anyone wanting to make a solar power system.

We started our journey in August 2025, after looking at several providers and getting quotes, in September we chose GreenFox Energy. Not because they were the cheapest, but because of their honesty. They provided a solution to our issues. The system was fitted towards the end of November. Our main headache has been getting our “export licence”, which we received in early February 2026. Totally out of the control of GreenFox, however as they promised at the start they would be there to support us, they were, and steered us through the maze of bumf, which has led to our licence being granted.
Steve has also supported us through the set up and how to use and operate the smart app that controls the Solar system and Eddie sorting out the export licensing and advice on getting the best tariffs.
We are so glad we chose GreenFox and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them.
