My solar battery went dead after having new panelboard fitted. Unknown to us our warranty had ran out on our solar panels and battery and the supplier was unhelpful. Green Fox energy were so helpful and reassuring from Mike the sales rep to Ronnie at customer services and Steven Wright head of operations who visited and got the battery working again. The charge for this battery health check was £99 plus VAT but as were impressed with the company we took out vixen service at £25.99 per month which is perfect for peace of mind. Thank you for being so helpful.

GreenFox made the whole process of getting the certificates to export solar power and measure power usage very easy.

FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE TEAM. WE MOVED IN TO A HOUSE WITH SOLAR PANELS, WITH NO PAPERWORK. GREENFOX SUPPORTED US THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING WHAT WE NEEDED AND REGISTERED TO EXPORT. IN ADDITION TO THIS THEY SERVICED THE PANELS AND REPLACED A FAULTY INVERTER. THIS WORK WAS CARRIED OUT ON THE DATE THAT WE HAD AGREED WITH THEM, AND IN A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

From start to finish I was kept up to date by email and phone ensuring everything went smoothly.

My choice of Greenfox energy was of a completely random. My power inverter(the box that talks to the solar panels) was no longer working. And the company that installed the original was no longer in practice. So I did a Google search and Greenfox was amongst the first I picked. They are based in Edinburgh, which is around two and a bit hours from my location. But they were willing to take on the work. A engineer came to the house(a long drive). Steven was very polite and professional. The actual replacement was very quick. Around 20 minutes. The only snag was the wi-fi dongle did not work. I chose a App based operation. £25 a month(this is optional extra). But Greenfox sent out a replacement very quickly. My communication was by email and this was a very quick and easy way to keep in touch. The total cost including a £400 deposit was around £1250. I can honestly say I would have no problem recommending Greenfox to anyone with solar panels. Very easy to work with really quick and tidy.

We had to try to get our energy supplier to allow us to export energy to the grid - so complicated need a degree in gobbledygook😂 totally confused on what to do. Eddie was brilliant in helping/advising how to do this and sent letters required. Absolutely brilliant service. Thanks for this. 🤩

GreenFox Energy have provided an excellent service. Steven provided helpful advice on selecting a system appropriate to our needs, and the installation team did a great job. Good follow up too, to help us get the best from the system. Recommended.

The Vixen Care plan is great. Scheduled and booked in efficiently to suit and operatives arrived as planned. Hopefully, now that’s it’s been serviced and cleaned we’ll get the maximum benefit out of our solar panels for the next twelve months until its serviced again. Would totally recommend the post installation service, why would you not!!

I don't normally give reviews but we were really happy with the excellent service and competitive price offered by Green Fox and would happily recommend them to prospective buyers.

We dealt with several different people at GreenFox and throughout they were helpful, informative and kept us up to date on timelines throughout. It’s a big decision and financial commitment but they made the process easy and hassle free from the start. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to start their solar journey.

We have a new build detached house with five panels on the roof. We had very little information supplied by the house builder and no conection to the grid.
We contated GreenFox and Eddie came and looked at our set up. Eddie advised that we needed to up grade our invertor so we could connect to the grid and have a dongle fitted plus a battery to store our energy.
I checked out with other suppliers and GreenFox's price was very competitive. We went ahead and upgraded our system. GreenFox and Eddie supported us through the instalation which was done on time and efficiently.
After Greenfox kept in contact with advice regarding set up. Our Internet stopped working and Greenfox noticed there was an issue.
Greenfox also offered a maintenance contract for cleaning the panels and checking the system was work efficiently. I was apprehensive and could not find anyone offering this setvice. I signed up and Greenfox cleaned our panels and inspected them with a drone. Despite being on holiday I received a report from GreenFox energy
I have and have no hesitation recomending GreenFox Energy. They were knowledgeable trustworthy and efficient. They turned up.when they said had good communication and competitive prices. Also aftersales and customer service is important to GreenFox.

Literally from start to finish every member of the Greenfox team answered all my questions and told me the truth.
The installation could not have been more efficient or tidy. They even informed me how to remove my panels later on in the year when I required my flat root replaced. Many other companies would have been looking for extra work.
I continue to get the help and the support I need off the team.
There are many other companies out there that will tell you what you want to hear. My advice is not to use them and use Greenfox.
The extra solar energy we now use and store in our battery system has helped with our energy costs so much we are currently looking to add another battery.
On a final note. Greenfox say they are good. That’s not correct. They are great.
