I got a quote from their site and filled up the form online.
Ordered a Tethered Charger at a cost of £849.00 and was told by their AI Whatsapp chat that if I ordered it there and then without any surveys done they will give my £25 discount. Also I applied for a Government Grant of £500 and the Price came down to £349 less £25.00 was told they will come and install the charger on 11th of May 2026at 8:00am
Next I got a message that they have booked me in for 9:00am as I was admitted in hospital my son was waiting for them to turn up and rang them you and was told they had booked the installation for 2:00pm and my son told them that he was visiting me in the hospital so they rebooked it for the 12th of May 2006 morning.
The fitter came in done the job and got paid, but the £25 discount wasn't given and they gave a £5 discount instead saying they can't give out 2 discounts.
I got discharged from the hospital on the 23rd May 2026 and when I came home looked at the charger it wasn't the Tethered one I had ordered.
So I got in touch with them Via their GREAT AI on Whatsapp and told it what had happened and it did reply back as it should do but no one was taking any action then I rang them up (once again AI was talking to me and was told to leave a message) and waited but still no one came back to me.
Had to call once again a lady replied and said I had asked for untethered charger
I asked her to look into the order form which I already had a copy of saying Quote for a Tethered Charger.
Told her what they charged me and she said that's the price of untethered charger so I told her about the discount I was offered of £25.00 and she blanked me out on that as well and didn't want to change the charger.
Once again I emailed them giving them 7 days to sort things out or I would take things further.
Guess WHAT another big IGNORE (Great Customer Care).
Got in touch with credit card company and very soon I got an email not giving me any notice but saying they have sent a engineer to replace the Charger, and I had a Doctors appointment and told them I will not be in and I wanted them to remove the charger completely as their customer care wasn't that good and I didn't expect them to be any good if anything went wrong with the Charger.
And I got the email from them saying they will come and remove it and I sent them another email giving them the days and time I was available and I got a email saying they will change the charger and that's final I didn't have to be in.
They came in and I told them that I was going for my appoint meant and didn't want them to do anything at all and I left to see the Doctors and when I came back they hat trespassed my property without my authority and changed the charger and left one which doesn't work. Then they sent me email asking me to cancel the chargeback claim from my credit card company and then they will send me the required info on how to work the charger.
Going to inform the Police that they trespassed my property without any authority and changed the charger instead of removing it completely and getting my credit card company to deal with them.

Dissolved company.

Extremely poor aftercare and communication.

I used Property Services Group London Ltd T/A PS Group / Green Plug for an EV charger installation. The installation was completed on 13/05/2026 under Job #4109.

After the installation, I expected to receive the required completion certificate and related installation documents. However, despite calling several times, I was repeatedly told that the certificate would be sent “this evening” or “tomorrow morning”. Unfortunately, it was never sent.

This has caused me an 8-day delay because the council required the completion certificate for my application. I do not think it is acceptable for a company to complete an EV charger installation and then leave the customer chasing essential compliance paperwork.

The main issue for me is not only the missing certificate, but the repeated promises and lack of proper follow-up. Based on my experience, the aftercare has been very disappointing and unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this company at this stage.

The guy that came did an excellent job and was very efficient, thanks.

I filled in the form on this company's advert promising an instant quote. No quiet was given but instead I received repeated nuisance calls and messages from them, all of which I ignored. After I blocked them on WhatsApp a lady called from a Cambridge number saying they were returning my call. She had no idea who she was calling and asked for my name and address, which I did not give, and when I said I did not want to be called any more she accused me of being hostile! It was her that cold called me! Based on their sales approach, I can only recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

as my partner was waiting a document thats needed for a government grant- he didnt it receive so let Greenplug know the day before and this is the response he got 'DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN YOU TIME WASTER, cancelling the day before is pathetic when you was contacted on Friday and ignored us.
You're responsible for an engineer missing his mornings work.
No doubt he'll be at your door very frustrated - a can cancellation claim will be issued first thing tomorrow - its always cheap customers that cause the most issues.
Bother someone else next time you wish to clown around.

Never have I ever heard such an emotional and unprofessional response. Its laughable!

The process was very easy. I had a whatsapp chat to start with and booked in for the same week online with ease.
Nathan came and was very informative, helpful and cracked on and was completed within an hour. All very easy.

At first I was a bit dubious getting a time slot the day after I had enquired.
But Andy was very knowledgeable, friendly and a clean worker. Would definitely recommend for ev installations

I had booked for regular check up via online to check what EV I will need without signed any legal documents,I had changed my mind and WhatsApp the company 2 days before the schedule appointment date now one off the EV agent bombarding me with text and invoice charges for materials cost..
Shame on the unprofessional company ethics
