Banned my account, won't reply to my requests, and simply say they can't do anything. Complete nonsense. There is nothing that can't be undone with an account. They basically took my money, banned me, and expect me to dish out more cash for another account. I hope these kiwis burn in hell.

Doesn't care about its consumer base. Its not a complaint its hard fact. It has taken nearly two weeks to get a refund. I was asked for 6 pieces of information over nearly 10 e-mails, something that could be done in one e-mail and STILL didn't come to solution about the problem. GGG are happy to take your money but when you want it back or need help with account issues its none existent. I absolutely loved this game until I've had to deal with this level of incompetence. All I want is a refund. I was asked for Xsolla transaction ID which doesn't appear on Paypal transactions, how am I supposed to provide a piece of information that doesn't exist? I provided you with character names, account names, my paypal transaction ID, card number, the works. Still completely impossible to get a refund for the worst league in PoE history.

The company could care less about the players or its customers. They are short sighted in that they could care less about repeat busines. The company is badly managed and no one in customer service takes responsibility for screw ups.
I had even asked prior to getting the card if it could be used , and it was confirmed. Recently i tried to do a payment plan but they changed their tune and said they could only do it in USD. They also only accept USD karma koins with no indication on their page of these limitations. They only want to take your money and run, they should add another G for greed to their name.

A typical free to play gaming company that does not care about its player base. They will take your money and run. They abuse their faulty in-game storage systems to make players buy different tabs to organize loot. They con players by way of mystery boxes - like every other company - but these people go as far as trying to convince people using statistics that their boxes are worthwhile (they aren't). Stay away if you want to play a game run by a company that actually cares about you. 1/5 stars. Would give 0 if possible.

What's not to like about Grinding Gear Games? Their costumer service is awesome, they respond fast, politely and helpfully.

I have experience with Path of Exile, a game that was made with an eye for detail, which is constantly fined tuned and added to with great updates. The game is the only free to play game I know. Really. You have to pay nothing to get full content. No one has advantage over you, not better gear, not more experience, nothing more than you can get for 0 €. You can only buy cosmetic stuff and like warehouse space. And do you do buy it because they're so nice!

Awesome guys, want to see more stuff from them!
