Good knowledge base of products.
Stephanie was very knowledgeable which helped when we were choosing our new mattress and base.
We were kept updated re delivery dates, although disappointed when bed delivered as made aware by delivery team that we hadn’t selected assembly option, which we weren’t made aware of in store.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. Not via email or chat bots. Received a phone call to arrange best delivery options. Agreed on a delivery time rather than just a day. Delivered promptly in perfect condition. The delivery drivers were happy to carry the bed up two flights of stairs to my flat and offered to carry it into the bedroom. Was unfamiliar with this company but would definitely buy from them again.

My only complaint would be when I bought the unit, it was a item you could add straight to cart, said nothing about it being pre order or not currently in stock, in the end we had to wait just over 2 months to arrive, so the site could be more clearer about this. The unit itself though is really nice and exactly what we wanted

The mattress was wonderful but customer service was rubbish.
Updating my experience. Grove bedding called today and apologised to me. Which I thought was very quick as I only posted the review yesterday! They have gone through the process of what should have happened and will be giving feedback to staff.
Galashiels. The mattress was wonderful. The initial customer service in the show room was good. And rapidly went down hill after that. It was indicated that the mattress would arrive in January a little later than normal due to the festive period which I was fine with. No appearance of the mattress prompted me to call I was told I would get a call back and I didn't. I called back and the excuse was their phone had run out of battery and they had asked a colleague to call me back. I was given another indication that it would arrive the next week. It did not appear. Another phone call I was told it would definitely be delivered the next week as long as there was no storms (weird thing to say I thought as we hadn't had any recently). Weather was fine the next week no mattress appeared! I had to phone again. Mattress did eventually show up but I was very close to cancelling my order for being messed around so much. If they had been upfront about the delivery time I wouldn't off minded. Messing me around like this not only wasted my time but also my family members time. I had them sitting in the house waiting to accept the delivery if it came during work hours. I am wary to use them again which is a shame as they are local.

Buying a bed at Grove bedding
The young lady in the store just left the both of us to walk around and try the beds for ourselves, no hassles free to try them all, and at the end when had decided the 1 we wanted she explained the process about when we could expect the bed to be delivered. Great service, called nearer the delivery time to tell us what day and time, the delivery guys were tremendous.
