Visited Grove on Morrisons and had such a nice experience at the weekend considering our options and came back a few days later to make our purchase for our new home. Davy was great, considerate, made sure we chose the right bed and super thorough! Will not hesitate to recommend to others!

We are absolutely delighted with our new bed and the excellent service we received. A special thank you to Kirsty, who was kind, patient, and professional with my elderly parents. She took great care to ensure the bed height was exactly right, despite my father being very tall and my mother being very petite.

Since receiving the new bed, my mother has had zero falls, which has made an enormous difference to our family. The bed was delivered very quickly, and the whole experience was outstanding. Thank you, Kirsty, for your expertise and genuine care — we'd highly recommend Grove Bedding to anyone looking for a bed suited to their needs.

I highly recommend Grove Bedding. This company deserves an award. Not only did they have great products at a great price, the service that they offer is exceptional. How lovely to deal with a company with local staff who take true pride in offering a first class service to their clients. Nothing seemed a bother to them. If I need any more furniture/beds, it will be my first port of call. Thank you.

Your self's and web page is great and getting back to the customer is great just one point advice would stop sending stuff by royalmail the hassle having trying to get my second lot of very cofmy pillows is unreal just let's say they tryed to say we weren't in when they hadn't even tryed to delivery still trying to contact them as they are only open for few hrs each day not your fault but would change delivery people!

Emily was warm, welcoming and approachable and had good knowledge of the variety of mattresses on sale. I found her very helpful and would definitely recommend Grove bedding.

I was genuinely really impressed with Grove, who went above and beyond. My teenage daughter outgrew her single bed and wanted a small double - she'd set her sights on a particular one, and all other bed shops (and I looked at loads online) were sold out and wouldn't get new stock of that particular model for another 2 months. I even purchased one from another store that had it shown as in stock, and it actually wasn't, so I had to cancel. I found one at Grove and the very helpful man in the chat messages on the website informed me that yes, it really definitely was indeed in stock, but it was the last one, if I still wanted it. He was really really helpful but I can't remember his name! Grove kept me informed during the whole process - with emails and phone calls - giving me updates on when we might expect the bed - the lady on the phone from Edinburgh was most helpful. It was delivered by a very nice Scotsman who was very jolly despite having driven from Edinburgh to Cambridge (not just for us, I was very relieved to know!). There were no instructions included (instructions were definitely needed, but the lack of them was probably a mis-sight from the manufacturer rather than Grove) but I found them online and printed them out - it did take a good couple of hours for 2 of us to get the bed assembled but it looks AMAZING. More importantly, our daughter loves it, and is getting some decent kip now she has a bit more room to sleep in. So impressed with Grove, from beginning to end. We're really happy with the bed and with the whole experience of purchasing from Grove, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. :-)

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff. The chest of drawers was well priced and delivery was quick. I was kept up to date on its progress. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Easy to order on website and received a call in person to confirm order and delivery time.

After placing my order, online, something magical happened. I received a phone call, from a human, thanking me for my order, confirming dispatch and giving estimated delivery time. This could have been done by text, as is usual today, but what a difference human interaction makes, I am consequently more likely to use this company in future,

Absolutely amazing customer service! Davey is the most wonderful man who helped me massively in making a choice in getting the right mattress for me after major spinal surgery. Really went above and beyond to look after and make sure I was comfortable during my time at the store and was just an all round joy to be around. Pleasure to work with, I will be back for sure!

Customer service great. Really pleased with quality of bed, looks lovely made up. Delivery man was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Grove. I am now ordering pillows.

What a wonderful experience yet again. Two broken feet on delivery immediately replaced the same day!. A company that goes out the way to support customers from beginning to end deserves my business! I’ll be back (again). Quality at reasonable prices

The assistant was helpful but the mattresses I was hoping to try were not on display. I had tried for the same mattress brand a year before and they weren't on display then so that was disappointing. This was the Galashiels store. Definitely need to change up the stock especially when it's advertised on the website!

The bed took 10 days to arrive (with little or vague tracking updates), it was delivered to the wrong address, and there were no instructions! It doesn't look like the easiest bed to put together.

The mattress has a strong smell which is still there after more than 6 months.

Delivery a bit odd - we expected the bed to be set up but we had to do it ourselves - mattress very heavy.
