Quality and communication top notch
Excellent communication from customer services regarding delivery. Very helpful delivery man on the day. Very pleased with the quality and appearance of the headboard. Would definitely purchase from Grove again.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly the only gripe I have was with the delivery, one man and he left it by our front door leaving us to get it into the house which was awkward because of the size.

Lovely bed and excellent delivery service
The bed arrived and Birlea was great - the delivery man managed to get the bed to the top floor! Only thing is the bed assembly ends up being compromised as not all the holes line up perfectly.
Overall happy with the bed and Grove as a company has been brilliant and responsive- Kirsty went above and beyond with fabulous customer service.

Great company
Great company. We had some issues with the bed (not their fault) and their response was fantastic to resolve it. Even when they had some issues with he bed manufacturer, they ensured that we didn't suffer as a result and are no longer working with them.
Would definitely buy from again.

I just got my beautiful ottoman bed, along with my wardrobe set of drawers and bedside cabinet delivered.

Emily was lovely!
Emily helped us absolutely perfectly today, she was very helpful and friendly but gave us space when we needed it before we even had to ask, she was very knowledgeable and kind with a very friendly facing service.
We were initially planning on shopping online elsewhere but Emily made the difference for us and we will be placing an order from here next week :)

First class service
First time using Grove bedding at Newbridge. On arrival I was met by Emily who provided outstanding customer service on my first visit and again on follow up.

Excellent service
I visited Grove Bedding on several occasions to choose a new mattress. Davy helped me with this order. He gave lots of great advice but also left me to try out the mattress in my own time. I never felt pressured in any way to make a choice in fact he encouraged me to go away and come back again to try out again acknowledging how important it is to take time.
