Best broker in the Market
I have been trading now from last 3 years. And after using several brokers I found out about GTCFX and I fell in love with the smooth operation . Everything about GTC is perfect including support , deposits , withdrawals , customer support and spreads are very much controlled . They have cheated me
They have cheated me. I deposited money into the bank account they told me, it was forty-five thousand. It has been almost 25 days and my deposit has not arrived. I have been asking the support team for a long time what exactly is the problem.
So the reply from them was that you sent the money and then you filed a complaint. I have not filed any complaint. I asked them to provide evidence regarding this. It has been twenty days today and I have not received any reply.
I just started a new business with them but I want to tell everyone about this wrong thing that happened to me, even the people with whom I opened an account are not helping me and the support team is not helping me either.

Withdrawal issue and unfair policies
Stopped giving withdrawals from 25.2.2026 on the pretext of new policy that requires minimum of 1000usd for remittance. Was also told to add more funds or will not get the funds . After several emails and follow-ups the only answer received is shortly and soon.
Last broker to approach if there's no one else on earth
Have contacted their support team and none of them can tell me if I will get a withdrawal any time soon. Not a trustworthy broker in my opinion

Dear GTCFX Support Team As I was previously able to withdraw smaller amounts without issue, I kindly request an exception to process a one-time withdrawal under the earlier terms, for the available balance in my account. This would be greatly appreciated since the new rule appears to have been applied without prior notice. Please confirm if my withdrawal request can be processed accordingly and provide any steps I should follow to complete it. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.
One week of follow up still no withdrawal received.
