Kadian was very thorough and efficient at booking the repairs for me. I was expecting long wait but the dates were reasonable. I also had one emergency repair needed to be done and the engineer came within next hour. Thank you!

Howard was extremely helpful going above and beyond using his expertise to solve all my issues within minutes. Very friendly and supportive.

Kalisha was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful, patient and friendly. She was also very understanding about needing to book afternoon appointments over morning appointments. It was a pleasure talking to her.

Can't understand the popular rating. Nothing but workshy rude staff who seem to grant themselves a diplomatic status 2 steps actually above royalty, while they live on the company rent free with no formal hours. No effort to manage repairs or communal fixes adequately flats are treated like a sewer by this company instead of the tenants who are far nicer than average

The 5 stars is for the member of the team that took my call. She was helpful, cheerful, and understood the problem I had.
The waiting time to speak to an operative could be improved though.
