Truly an outstanding service from Gym Marine Yachts & Interiors. I had, for some time now been considering converting my garage into a gym, and one piece of equipment which was essential, was the Concept 2 rower. However, as I kept on thinking, availability and price of the concept rower was getting harder to achieve. Then, a review of the Gym Marine outfit, was a revelation. At first, I thought, maybe they have select customers, however, how wrong was I. Their customer service in my humble opinion was second to none, from reviewing what I required to delivery was excellent. Within 24 hrs the concept rower was on my driveway, and good to go. I was consistently kept up to date on the whole process, tracking and delivery timeframe. In particular, though I appreciate it’s a team effort, Megan followed up on the delivery and again 24 hrs later to see if all was okay with the Rower. It takes a lot to impress me, and that is exactly what Megan and the team at Gym Marine Yachts and interiors did. Considering it was an individual sale, rather than a huge order, their approach and customer engagement did not waiver. A huge thanks to all involved, and for anyone considering home gym improvement, upgrade or ideas I wholly recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

I was struggling to get my hands on a rowing machine and then I found GymMarine. They talked me thru the whole process and constantly updated me on arrival times.

I have just had one of the best online purchasing experiences of my life, thanks to Meghan and the team at Gym Marine. I purchased a Concept 2 rowing machine, which have been hard to find over recent months. Unfortunately for me, I had attempted to purchase at another retailer online that I found before Gym Marine, only to find they were a bogus firm but luckily I bought on a credit card so should get my money back. Once bitten, twice shy I searched a little harder and found Gym Marine and saw they had the rowing machine I wanted in stock. I first called to check that they were “real” and spoke to a lovely lady called Meghan. Suitably convinced they were genuine, I ordered on the Wednesday evening and received the product on Friday morning! I then got an unexpected call from Meghan to check everything was ok and a lovely email to follow. I am a customer service professional of 20 years and yet I was blown away with the wonderful service, kindness and empathy I received. I have a very well kitted home gym but I will look no where else when I next need to purchase additional equipment. Thank you! :-)

Like many others in the same position, I decided to launch into the home gym market during lockdown. We moved house at around the same time, so it was an ideal opportunity to make the investment.

I contacted a few suppliers, but from my initial contact with Gym Marine Yachts & Interiors I knew that this company was going to offer the best service. From my initial enquiry to the completion of my order the service, guidance and communications have been outstanding.

I need to give a particular mention to Edward, Luke and Zoe; they could not have been more helpful. Zoe kept me updated over the weekends as well.

In a time where gym equipment is scare, price inflation is at an all time high, and retailers are struggling - simple customer service can often be forgotten but not at gym marine.

Pre-ordered a set of Nuobell 232's in November from Gym Marine at the market rate. Kept abreast of developments by Edward, Megan, Luke and the team through regular emails and pictures as to whereabouts, process and estimated delivery timelines. Received them last week and very happy - solid construction, easy adjustment, minimal and clean design - perfect for maintenance till gyms reopen.

Looking forward to seeing if the team source more high end smart gym equipment in the future but highly recommend to those on the fence. Remember, you get what you pay for and that includes service!

Don’t review very often but I have to say The Gym Marine customer service was outstanding. With such a high demand on gym equipment these days it’s fantastic to get regular updates on your order.
