The side table is the best flat pack I have ever put together, easy to follow and labelled instructions make putting it together a breeze and the end product is sturdy and beautiful. Looks much more expensive than it was :-)

I bought bath, hand towels from Habitat and they’re lovely quality. I’m very pleased with them and will definitely purchase them again. The delivery was via Argos and was really quick and simple to collect.

Great lamp stand. Argos delivered perfectly and left in my safe place as requested. An uneventful purchase from beginning to end … it looks great.

The cups arrived and one was broken, what was worse it that someone who packed it must have known it was broken when packed because half the broken cup and stuck in with another cup, not even in the same compartment- like why would you pack a broken cup and send it?

Good value, done the job

Extremely frustrating and poor. I purchased a sofa and was given a delivery date. I was informed I would receive a call/message an hour before it would arrive on that date. I sat there waiting and the time came and went. I didn't receive a call to let me know that the delivery company was unable to gain access to my road because they were in a humungous articulated lorry! I would imagine a lot of roads would struggle to accommodate one of those. I waited in all day for the original delivery and nobody had the decency to contact me to let me know it wasn't arriving. I had a terrible trial trying to contact customer service. Finally I managed a 'chat' online. The whole time I wasn't sure I was talking to a person or AI. The voice activated options didn't understand what I was spelling out when asked. I wasn't given any satisfactory alternative other than having to wait for another delivery date a few weeks later. I accepted it just to get off the painfully slow online 'chat'. However, my husband wanted to speak to someone directly. He eventually managed to contact customer service but he wasn't allowed to speak to them because I had ordered the item (even though we live in the same house and the item is for both of us?!) I had to give my permission for him to speak on my behalf! I found the whole situation extremely stressful and I became very anxious and uncomfortable. I was offered a goodwill gesture but, of course, I haven't heard anything back about that empty promise. The sofa has now arrived but I found the whole situation extremely stressful and it would definitely make me consider if I ever used Habitat again. This makes me very sad because I have been a loyal customer for many, many years.

Not at all the quality that I would have expected from Habitat.
The lamp was scratched and leaned on a slight angle despite making sure everything was tight.
The only reason I didn't send it back was that it would be hard to re pack it in the box.
I ended up putting card under one side of the base to level up the lamp.

Arrived really quickly, excellent quality, absolutely love it!

Was genuinely surprised with this- came with metal rings and it looks much more expensive than it was.

Fast delivery and quality product

Bought the chequered mirror, unfortunately when I took it out of the box it appeared mouldy, wasn’t sure what it was so decided to return it. No problems returning it, really good customer service. Hasn’t put me off buying from habitat in the future.

I had some dining chairs. Only needed to put the legs on ourselves which was easy with very clear instructions. The order was delivered on time. Excellent service,

The coffee table and side table are just what our living room needed. It match the theme perfectly. Not much to assemble. Delivered in perfect condition and both coffee and side table are sturdy and very good quality. Definitely great value for money. I have decided to purchase our dining table with Habitat too.

Product never arrived. After two weeks I contacted the company about how much longer the product was going to take to arrive. I was told that the supplier would be contacted and I'd be updated. The next day, I wasn't given an explanation, I was just refunded.

The duvet set is already breaking down.very poor quality

Good delivery service and nicely packed. However, the plates do not fit in a standard dishwasher rack so will have to be returned. The bowls, which I expected from the images to be chunky, are also too oversized - like a large dog food bowl. Such a shame as the pattern, colour and finish is lovely - the items themselves are just far too large. There is chunky and then there is ridiculous. I will sadly have to return this set.
