Pleased with what I purchased

Easy and efficient

Delivery team were great.
The furniture is as expected.
We wanted our TV higher so we actually purchased two units and stacked one on top of the other. We didn't put the feet on the top unit.
They look great.

Shockingly poor customer service. I had an issue with my order (Payment was taken but I never received a confirmation order). I tried multiple times to contact the customer service team via the live chat and contact us options on site. Both of these services are absolutely useless as they cut off the call if you don't have an order number (which I didn't have - as I never received the confirmation email). I eventually reached out to Argos on Instagram as their delivery provider - no answer. I then reached out to Habitat on Messenger. Hours of back and forwarding and they are 'unable to send the confirmation email' to me as I supplied an incorrect email at time of purchase. So due to a typo on my order I am unable to get a confirmation on email of the order I placed? Even though they were happy to share photos of the item being delivered at my house and asked for all of my details, they can't send me an email with the details of my purchase on it?

I bought one Oak frame, which looks lovely and sturdy. And the pack with 6 different sizes (2 of each size), and they really do look like oak, even though they're not. The prices are so reasonable, and I'm still playing around with which prints to put in these frames. Love them for the look and the price! Thank you. Delivery was fast, and carefully done.

Cancelled one day after making the order, well before any shipping started. Email autoresponded unread. Went to website chat and was told to refuse delivery. Shipper left item in my garden. Further attempt to contact was unsuccessful. Had to charge back transaction through credit card, and cardboard box is still sitting in my garden in the rain. Not good.

Ordered click and collect, very easy service. Items well packed. Happy with my items. Great seamless experience.

The product is poor quality. One chair leg is 10-15mm off the floor.

Great service. Communication was clear and accurate. Information about product was all correct on website.

Pick location at Eddinton, Cambridge is a little awkward as parking is difficult

Arrived at pick up point promptly. The table was much better quality than I thought it was going to be. Solid top and no assembly required really pleased with my purchase.

Easy to order no nonsense delivery

The garden furniture came very quickly. The deli very man kindly brought them round the back into the garden

Shockingly poor service. We had to wait a month for delivery of a sofa, only for the delivery driver to say that it couldn’t be delivered on the day. We’ve had articulated lorries dropping off building materials with ease, and yet this driver couldn’t be bothered to even do his job. Not only did we need to initially wait ages, we had completely prepped the living room for the sofa, getting rid of the existing one we had, leaving us with an unusable front room with 2 young children in the house. Totally unacceptable service from the delivery team with shockingly poor communication, and then the Argos/Habitat customer service team were beyond unhelpful with the follow up. The type of experience that makes sure you never buy from a company ever again.

I have always loved Habitat products because of the style & quality, but did not love the substandard plastic part (already scratched), which fits over the centre of the otherwise metal feet base of the Haki Chair Grey.
The chair is easy to assemble, with clear instructions & aesthetically pleasing.
The fabric feels & looks nice.
The chair looks stylish, is comfortable to sit on & easy to manoeuvre.
I had to place my order as a guest, as there were password problems with the site, which still showed my old address even though I have moved house 3½ years ago.
My order was processed swiftly & the Argos Collection point at Sainsbury's in Loughborough is convenient.
The 2 Argos staff could do with training in customer service as they looked bored & worse had a chat whilst serving me, which is my "pet hate". I managed to get a smile out of one of them eventually.

Very easy process from order to pickup and a great product.

Chair excellent light supportive and comfy. Excellent delivery.
